I presented my top 10 anti-aging supplements at the Biohacker Summit in Helsinki. When we age, damage accumulates in the body, and in the end, we will die. When you combine the 6 hallmarks of aging with the 7 pillars of aging and the 7 targets of aging you will find 13 areas of damage. It is not unimaginable that you can reverse this damage by supplements alone. However, at the moment, massive funding is going into anti-aging research.
New possibilities are merging at a rapid speed due to accelerating technological developments. However, at this moment, we can only use supplements to help to body fight some parts of the damage. So maybe instead of anti-aging, we should speak bout anti-damage supplements.

Three fases according to Ray Kurzweil
1. Now: prevent and intercept the most common causes of death.
Using nutrition, exercise, supplementation
2. 2025-2030: gene therapy, stem cells, organ cloning and printing,
replacement cells, etc., to turn back our biological clocks
3. 2045: Singularity. Humans will begin merging with machines,
allowing us to extend our lives indefinitely

Magnesium €
- Essential > 300 different biochemical reactions
- Reduces inflammaging
- Essential for enzymes that support DNA repair and replication
- Supports the synthesis of collagen
What is it? What does it
- master mineral
22. 22
Glycine €
- supports glutathione production
- combined with N-Acestyl-Cysteine (Glynac)
- lowers inflammation

Creatine €
- improves muscle mass (sarcopenia)
- improves strength
- improves energy
- improves insulin sensititvy
What is it? What does it
- amino acid located mostly in your body's
muscles as well as in the brain.
- seafood and red meat
- The body's liver, pancreas and kidneys
also can make about 1 gram of creatine
per day.

24. 24
Fisetin €
- reduces the amount of senescent cells
- inhibits mTOR pathway
- reduces inflammaging (ageing related low-grade
inflammation)
- reduces formaton of skin wrinkles
- restore certain types of cancer
What is it? What does it
- bioactive molecule found in strawberries and apples

What is your secret?
50 years ago I saw a Russian
man on television who was 110
years old. He said that he reached
that age by drinking Vodka each day.
Since that day I have been drinking
2 vodka per day
and it worked!
