3. Why you chose the shape(s) and what
they mean
My logo incorporates the two shapes I like
best, the square and the circle. I used these
two shapes to represent who I am as a team
member, particularly how the circles are
contained within the square. The multiple
circles and overlapping of circles represent the
different facets of my life and the different
viewpoints within a team.
4. Why you chose the color(s) and
what they mean
I chose mostly muted tones because I am not a
very loud person. The cool colors represent
my relaxed nature and the pinkish purple is an
example of my inner drive to get things done.
6. Why the quote
I chose this quote because I believe it so
important to be true to yourself. It is
important to be true to yourself so that you
can grow and create new and exciting things
in the future.
7. Why the picture
I chose this picture because the tulips were an
example of a community or society. The
yellow tulips represent surrounding presences
and the purple tulip is the only different
flower that stands out.
8. Why you chose the font(s) and what
they mean
I chose a handwritten font because it
expresses individuality, something personal
and unique to each person. Another reason I
chose this font is because a handwritten font
is more natural which fits into the nature
aspect of the subject of the photo.
9. Why you chose the colors and what
they mean
The font’s color is a cream hue which blends
nicely with the white tulips in the background
of the photo. In order to make the text visible
I outlined the wording in a more visible black.
The cream hue should represent a lighter
happy tone which fits into the personal
celebration of the self.
