2. First of all I had to type out the
title of the article and choose an
appropriate font, size and
colour. I went for a dark green
as I thought it reflected the
genre of the article well. I made
it stand out and big so that it
was eye-catching. I had become
a lot more confident with quark
express at this point because of
my previous experience to do
my contents page and therefore
knew how to do basic things like
textboxes etc.
3. I then inserted the
image from which I
had taken from my
interview with the
band by using the
image tool which was
a box with a cross
through it. I made it
so that the
photograph covered
the whole of the page
and also cropped it on
Photoshop so that it
fitted perfectly.
4. I then went on to pasting my article into the columns. To do this i had to change the
number of columns along the bottom to match the writing and link in with the
picture. I also had to choose a quote from the interview to be spread over the
page, I chose this quote because I thought it was humorous and intrigued you to
want to read the article.
