Job Duties:
Forecast Modelling and Decision Science
• Development of a new multi-variable driven prediction model which
accurately forecasts the companies short, medium, and long term
investment recovery rates by investment.
• Utilize statistical and database platforms to manipulate large
amounts of data from various sources for the purposes of analysis
and review.
• Identify and integrate in cost-effective third party data which
enhances prediction accuracy.
• Measure ongoing forecasting accuracy against historical predictions
and make forecasting changes as necessary to enhance.
• Develop asset scoring systems to monitor portfolio quality.
• Develop adjudication and voting strategies for new originations and
consumer proposal requests.
• Present financial reports to Executive, Shareholders, Board of
Directors, investors and external lenders.
Strategic Analysis
• Provide recommendations to Executive Team regarding proposals
within the business including, but not limited to, prediction
improvement, data management, reporting advances, and asset
profitability enhancement
• Proactively identify and recommend key risk management and/or

• Prepare and manage project plans and reports to management on
the status and recommendations and analysis.
Requirements:
• A university degree (Bachelor’s/MBA) in Computer Science, Business,
Math or Economics and/or related work experience
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in financial reporting and
analysis
• Accuracy, attention to detail and sound judgement
• Strong business acumen with a good understanding of business
environment to provide meaningful analysis
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel
• Experience and understanding of database structures and querying,

Job Duties:
• Business requirement intake, elicitation and communication

Job Duties:
• The strategic intent of this position is ensure continued
development of IT systems, both Canadian specific and
group wide, allowing the company to meet or exceed its

• Work with the IT Services Manager, QA Analyst, Systems
Developers and Business users, to maintain and enhance
the various computer systems, both Canadian specific and
group wide.
Key responsibilities:
• Participate in all SCRUM meetings.

• Act as point of contact for all audits of expatriate records by
government agencies
• Participate in projects designed to increase efficiencies

• 7-10 years of experience in a Team Lead capacity with a focus on
international payroll

• As a member of the Marketing Operations Finance
Team, you will adopt the role of a financial and
operational leader within a specific client group.
