 ownership status of such forests varies from
state to state
 These are the forest and wasteland belonging
to the government and private individuals

6. Reserved forest
 These type of forests are also reffered as
permanent forest estates for producing
timber and other forest produce. These
forest are found in Kashmir , Andhra ,
Kerala ,Tamil Nadu.They are also found in
Gujarat
