BUILDING
 It Is A More Efficient Use Of Land Space, Particularly
Where Space Is Limited.
 As Many People Will Be Staying And Using The
Common Amenities Of Same Building, A Sense Of
Group Living Will Develop.
 As The Foundation Cost Will Be Distributed B/Wall
The Floor. The Foundation Cost Per Unit Area Will Be
In Reasonable Limit.
 Upper Floors Are Often Mere Repetition Of Lower
Floors. The Building Is Cheaper.
 The Higher Floors Are Relatively More Airy And
Receive More Sunlight.

17. DISADVANTAGE OF MULTI STOREY
BUILDING.
 In case of natural disaster such as earthquakes or fire,
it will be difficult for the inhabitant of the upper floor
to escape safely.
 Density of population will be more.
 The failure of lift ,pump to raise water etc. will cause of
great inconvenience.

18. CONCLUSION
 Durability of a building depend mainly on proper
construction process and proper use of material.
