need to attend a f2f (face-to-face) class one day
out of the week (Monday or Tuesday) lesson 1.
• They will be required to finish their online
course (Lesson 2) work by Friday of the same
week.

11. If a student completes, 100% + Received a grade A + attended 9 hours = 9 hours
If a student completes, 50% + Received a grade A + attended 9 hours = 4.5 hours
If a student completes, 100% + Received a grade A + attended 4.5 hours = 4.5 hours
If a student completes, 100% + Received a grade F + attended 9 hours ≈ 4.5 hours
If a student completes, 100% + Received a grade F + attended 4 hours ≈ 2 hours
If a student completes, 50% + Received a grade F + attended 9 hours ≈ 2.5 hours
Teachers are responsible for determining if the
student deserves their attendance.
12. Teacher Attendance Responsibility
1. Instructors must turn in attendance sheets as
normal on Fridays
2. Instructors write the ‘Lesson Progress’ in the
attendance sheets
3. Instructors must grade the student’s weekly
work and enter it into the attendance sheet.
13. How to Obtain ‘Lesson Progress’
Reports
1. Click on ‘TRAINING’
2. Select the desired course
3. Click ‘LESSONS’ in the ‘LEFT NAVIGATIONAL
PANEL’
4. Click ‘LESSON PROGRESS OVERVIEW’
5. The instructor can then mark the lesson
progress on the attendance sheet per week.
