The Opportunity
Through primary and secondary research the team discovered a treasure of opportunity
Solution
• Kryptonite product will have zero satellite
particles. Kryptonite is simply spheroidizing or
“refining” powder of the same micron range
• Kryptonite powders and parameter settings will
reduce build time
• Plasma atomization is proven to produce
extremely low porosity powders that have very high
flowabilty
• Through carefully chosen supply chain, kryptonite
will source custom composites of the highest
caliber that are strongly demanded from academia

Kryptonite will begin with maximum production of 5 tonnes of metal powder annually and then scale up
Using Kryptonite’s Plasma Atomizer, metal powder is refined;
making it spherical.
