■■AGRO BUSINESS
Land is the key natural resource of Laktaši. Favourable natural conditions for the development of agriculture (climate and land),
long experience and tradition in agricultural production, valuable and honoured people, have influenced the area of the municipal-
ity of Laktaši to be one of the most developed agricultural areas of Srpska.
Agricultural land in the municipality of Laktaši extends over 25 thousand hectares, of which 88% is arable land, while the rest are
orchards and meadows. Some of the land is coveredwith the vineyards of about 100.000 vines of grapevine. In the past period,
the municipality has reached a high level of primary agricultural production.
The investment opportunity is reflected in the development of purchasing and processing capacities for fruits and
vegetables in order to create additional value in agricultural production.
The concept of comprehensive development of the municipality of Laktaši has a goal to create conditions for new investments
in the food industry in the future, in terms of buying products from the primary agricultural producers and processing into val-
ue-added products, thus achieving a higher degree of finalisation and providing placement for the products of primary agricultural
producers. The priorities of the future development of the municipality are the improvement and development of greenhouse
production, livestock and fruit growing in the mountainous parts of the municipality. In the next period, activities on establishing
marketing infrastructure in agriculture should be undertaken.
Development opportunities should also be sought in the development of businesses related to agriculture.

■■AGRO BIZNIS
Zemljište je ključni prirodni resurs Laktaša. Povoljni prirodni uslovi za razvoj poljoprivrede (klima i zemljište), dugogodišnje iskust-
vo i tradicija u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji, vrijedni i čestiti ljudi, uticali su da područje opštine Laktaši bude jedno od najrazvijenijih
poljoprivrednih područja Srpske.
Poljoprivredno zemljište u opštini Laktaši prostire se na preko 25 hiljada hektara od čega su 88% oranice, dok ostatak čine voćn-
jaci i livade. Neznatna je površina pod vinogradima sa oko 100.000 čokota vinove loze. U proteklom periodu opština je dostigla
visok nivo primarne poljoprivredne proizvodnje.
Investiciona prilika se ogleda u razvoju otkupnih i prerađivačkih kapaciteta za voće i povrće u cilju stvaranja do-
datne vrijednosti u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji.
Konceptom sveobuhvatnog razvoja opština Laktaši želi u narednom periodu stvoriti uslove za nove investicije u oblasti preh-
rambene industrije koji bi proizvode od primarnih poljoprivrednih proizvođača otkupljivali i prerađivali u proizvode sa dodanom
vrijednosti čime bismo postigli veći stepen finalizacije i obezbjedili plasman za proizvode primarnih poljoprivrednih proizvođača.
Prioriteti budućeg razvoja opštine su unapređenje i razvoj plasteničke proizvodnje, te stočarstva i voćarstva na brdskim dijelovima
opštine. U narednom periodu treba preduzeti aktivnosti na uspostavljanju marketinške infrastrukture u poljoprivredi.
Prilike za razvoj treba tražiti i u razvoju biznisa vezanih za poljoprivredu.

In the field of agro business in the municipality of Laktaši there are 23 enterprises, which make 17.5% of the total number of
business entities in the manufacturing industry.Agro business in 2017 employs 374 persons or 6% of all employees in Laktaši. In
the same year, 6.3% of the total income in the municipality was achieved by agribusiness companies.

■■Business zone Aleksandrovac
The current area in the business zone owned by the Municipality of Laktaši, which is intended for investors, is 28.9 ha. Several
building plots ranging from 5.000 to 12.000 m² are available.
A feasibility study for the Agro business park Aleksandrovac was adopted, which plans to extend the zone to new 80 ha, on the
other side of the Banja Luka-Gradiška main road, and on the road that connects this road with the Banja Luka-Gradiška highway.
This zone planes owner 100 plots, ranging from 4.880 m² to 8.500 m² in size, with the possibility of agregating to larger of dividing
to small scale plots. Plots reserved for central buildings and energy plant are from 11.285 m² do 20.610 m².
"Side to this zone we the plan is to build a logistics centre for the storage and distribution of goodsimported via
airport. All shipping activities would be on one site. We are making efforts to create new business zones and other

Trenutna površina u poslovnoj zoni u vlasništvu Opštine Laktaši koja je namijenjena investitorima iznosi 28,9 ha. Na raspolaganju
je nekoliko građevinskih parcela površine od 5.000 - 12.000 m².
Donesena je Studija izvodljivosti za Agro biznis park Aleksandrovac kojom je planirano proširenje zone na novih 80 ha i to sa druge
strane magistralnog puta Banja Luka-Gradiška, te na saobraćajnici koja povezuje ovaj put sa autoputem Banja Luka-Gradiška.
U sklopu zone planirano je više od 100 parcela, veličine od 4.880 m² do 8.500 m², ali je moguće i dijeljenje u manje ili spajanje u
veće parcele. Parcele za centralne objekte i objekte energane su površine od 11.285 m² do 20.610 m².
"Uz ovu zonu planirana je i izgradnja distributivnog centra preko kojeg bi mogli da prihvatamo i razvrstavamo sve
što se uveze u BiH preko aerodroma. Kada je u pitanju špedicija, sve bi bilo organizovano na jednom mjestu. Nas-
tojimo da naši planovi idu u smjeru izgradnje novih poslovnih zona, kao i svih pratećih sadržaja uz aerodrom kako

■■ BASIC PRODUCT
The most dominant products of the company Novi standard
d.o.o. are pear and apple. Peach, sweet cherry, cherry, apricot,
nectarine and plum are produced on a smaller scale than apple
and pear.
The company Novi Standard has annual production of fruit in
the amount of 5 000-6 000 tons.
■■ VISION AND MISSION
The long-term goal of the company is to round up the process of
production, that is, procure distillation machines and establish
alcohol production, which would neutralise the lower demand
on the market (if it is such a year) and prevent losses due to fruit
decline. In this way, the entire yield would be utilised, and any
losses would be reduced or annulled.
■■ DEVELOPMENT GOALS
The goal of the company Novi standard d.o.o. is to expand in the
coming period that is to increase the area under planting, but
also to reduce the production of certain crops and to increase
the production of pears, apples and plums. Every year the com-
pany invests in planting, rejuvenating orchards, introducing irri-
gation systems and installing an antifoll network. The nature of
the job is such that it requires constant investment.
Company Novi standard d.o.o. has a developed network of customers and exports its products to Russia, Slovenia, Italy,
Austria, Hungary and Serbia, while part of production is placed on the domestic market. Company Novi Standard d.o.o. is
currently satisfied with the relationship with foreign customers, but it can always be better and it is the goal. One of the plans
when it comes to appearance on the foreign market is the introduction of different forms of finalisation of products (apple
chips, dried fruit, different forms of packaging of products, etc.). The company plans to distribute the production resulting
from the increase in product range and assortment of products to new, powerful markets such as: Germany, Switzerland and
the Scandinavian countries.
Preduzeće Novi standard d.o.o. ima razvijenu mrežu kupaca pa svoje proizvode izvozi u Rusiju, Sloveniju, Italiju,
Austriju, Mađarsku i Srbiju, dok dio proizvodnje plasira na domaće tržište. Preduzeće Novi standard d.o.o. je tre-
nutno zadovoljno odnosom koji ima sa inostranim kupcima, ali uvijek može bolje i tome teže. Jedan od planova
kada je u pitanju nastup na inostranom tržištu je uvođenje različitih oblika finalizacije proizvoda (čips od jabuke,
sušeno voće, različiti oblici pakovanja proizvoda i drugo). Preduzeće ima u planu da proizvodnja koja nastane kao
rezultat povećanja obima i širenja asortimana proizvoda bude plasirana na nova, kupovno moćna tržišta kao što su:
Njemačka, Švajcarska te skandinavske zemlje.

01.24 Gajenje jezgričastog i koštunjavog voća
■■ OSNOVNI PROIZVOD
Najdominantniji proizvodi privrednog društva Novi standard
d.o.o. su kruška i jabuka. Breskva, višnja, trešnja, kajsija, nek-
tarina i šljiva se proizvode u manjem obimu u odnosu na jabuku
i krušku.
Privredno društvo Novi standard ostvaruje godišnju proizvodnju
voća u iznosu od 5.000-6.000 tona.
■■ VIZIJA I MISIJA
Dugoročni cilj privrednog društva je zaokruživanje procesa
proizvodnje, odnosno nabavka mašina za destilaciju i us-
postavljanje proizvodnje alkohola, čime bi se neutralisala niža
tražnja na tržištu (ukoliko je takva godina) i spriječili gubici
uslijed propadanja voća. Na taj način, cjelokupan prinos bi bio
iskorišćen, a eventualni gubici smanjeni ili poništeni.
■■ RAZVOJNI CILJEVI
Cilj privrednog društva Novi standard d.o.o.je da se u narednom
periodu proširi, odnosno da poveća površinu pod zasadom, ali
i da smanji proizvodnju pojedinih kultura, ali da poveća proiz-
vodnju kruške, jabuke i šljive. Preduzeće svake godine ulaže u
obnavljanje zasada, podmlađivanje voćnjaka, uvođenje sistema
za navodnjavanje i postavljanje protivgradne mreže. Priroda po-
sla je takva da zahtijeva konstantna ulaganja.

In the long term, the goal of the company Agro voće d.o.o. is that the complete fruit production is processed and used for the
production of alcohol.
Since 2012. Company is operatingunder the requirements of Global G.A.P. standard for productionandharvesting of plums.
■■ DEVELOPMENT GOALS
In the next period, the company Agro voće d.o.o. plans to connect with Agro Destil d.o.o, which deals with distillation and produc-
tion of alcoholic beverages.
Company Agro voće d.o.o. does not export its products directly to foreign markets, but through intermediaries, and
then the plum is placed to the markets of the European Union and Russia. The company plans to maintain its po-
sition regarding distribution of plums, while the plan for the next period is to process plums and produce alcoholic
beverages, which will be exported directly. Taking into account that company Agro voće sells its product to foreign
markets through intermediaries, there is no need for independent acquisition of new markets.

Osnovni proizvod preduzeća Agro voće d.o.o. je šljiva (100%
ukupnog uzgoja)
■■ VIZIJA I MISIJA
Cilj privrednog društva Agro voće d.o.o. u dužem roku je da
kompletna proizvodnja voća bude prerađena i iskorišćena za
proizvodnju alkohola.
Kompanija od 2012. godine pri uzgoju i berbi šljiva primjenjuje
pravila standarda GLOBAL G.A.P.
■■ RAZVOJNI CILJEVI
U narednom periodu preduzeće Agro voće d.o.o. planira da se
spoji sa preduzećem Agro Destil d.o.o, koje se bavi destilacijom
i proizvodnjom alkoholnih pića.
Preduzeće Agro voće d.o.o. ne izvozi svoje proizvode direktno na inostrana tržišta, već putem posrednika, nakon
čega se šljiva nalazi na tržištima Evropske unije i Rusije. Preduzeće planira zadržati dosadašnju poziciju kada je
u pitanju distribucija šljive, dok je plan za naredni period da se šljiva prerađuje i proizvode alkoholna pića, koja
će se direktno izvoziti. Uzimajući u obzir da preduzeće Agro voće svoj proizvod plasira na inostrana tržišta putem
posrednika, trenutno nema potrebu za samostalnim osvajanjem novih tržišta.

Basic products of company Plantago d.o.o. are teas.
“Production level we have reached is approximately one million of tea boxes per year, which makes 20 million cups. Hence, one
of ten teas consumed in Bosnia and Herzegovina would be ours. We are most successful in Banja Luka, given that the third of
tea consumed in this city is “Plantago” tea. Nevertheless, there is still capacity to grow, up to the top, that’s for sure.“Aleksandar

Plantago d.o.o. will become the best tea-producing company in BiH and expand sales to neighbouring countries. The company
plans to be the leader in positioning the products on tea shelves and that Plantago brand will be among the top three in BiH.

Goal of the company Plantago is to increase the value of sales in the next 5 years by 100% and achieve a profit rate of 10%.
Company Plantago d.o.o. is exporting its products to Montenegro, and negotiating the export of the products to
Serbia.

■■ OSNOVNI PROIZVOD
Osnovni proizvodi preduzeća Plantago d.o.o. su čajevi.
“U proizvodnji smo trenutno došli na nivo od oko milion kutija
čaja godišnje, što je otprilike 20 miliona šoljica. Dakle, svaki
deseti čaj koji se popije u BiH bi bio naš. Najveći uspjeh imamo
u Banjaluci, gdje je svaki treći popijeni čaj “Plantagov”. Ipak,
ima tu još kapaciteta i ići ćemo ka gore, na čelo, to je sigurno“.

■■ VIZIJA I MISIJA
Plantago d.o.o. će postati najbolja firma za proizvodnju čaja u
BiH i proširiti prodaju u zemlje iz okruženja. Preduzeće planira
da bude lider u pozicioniranju proizvoda na policama sa čajem,
te će brend Plantago biti među prva tri u BiH.
■■ RAZVOJNI CILJEVI
Cilj privrednog društva Plantago je povećati vrijednost prodaje
u narednih 5 godina za 100% i ostvariti profitnu stopu od 10%.
Preduzeće Plantago d.o.o. svoje proizvode izvozi u Crnu Goru, a u toku su pregovori vezani za izvoz proizvoda i u
Srbiju.

jalučke biskupije are grapes and wine.
Vineyard has been planted in 2003, within the Italian church in
Mahovljani and has been designed by experts of famous canti-
na „LaVis“ fromTrento, Italia.

Agricultural Cooperative Podrumi banjalučke biskupije plan to
expand the vineyards and strengthen the tourist offer.
The products of Podrumi banjalučke biskupije are currently placed exclusively on the domestic market, but in the
coming period there are plans to expand to the market of Germany.

01.21 Gajenje grožđa
■■ OSNOVNI PROIZVOD
Osnovni proizvodi poljoprivredne zadruge Podrumi banjalučke biskupije su grožđe i vino.
Vinograd je podignut 2003. godine u krugu Italijanske crkve u Mahovljanima. Projekt vinograda izradili su stručnjaci poznate
kantine „LaVis“ iz Trenta, Italija, koji vinariji “Bonaventura” već godinama pružaju sveobuhvatnu vinogradarsku i vinarsku stručnu
pomoć.

Poljoprivredna zadruga Podrumi banjalučke biskupije planira širenje vinograda i jačanje turističke ponude.
Proizvodi Podruma banjalučke biskupije se trenutno plasiraju isključivo na domaće tržište ali se u narednom periodu
planira širenje na tržište Njemačke.

Agricultural land in the municipality of Laktaši extends over 25 thousand hectares, of which 88% is arable land, while the rest are orchards and meadows. Some of the land is coveredwith the vineyards of about 100.000 vines of grapevine. In the past period, the municipality has reached a high level of primary agricultural production. The investment opportunity is reflected in the development of purchasing and processing capacities for fruits and vegetables in order to create additional value in agricultural production. The concept of comprehensive development of the municipality of Laktaši has a goal to create conditions for new investments in the food industry in the future, in terms of buying products from the primary agricultural producers and processing into val- ue-added products, thus achieving a higher degree of finalisation and providing placement for the products of primary agricultural producers. The priorities of the future development of the municipality are the improvement and development of greenhouse production, livestock and fruit growing in the mountainous parts of the municipality. In the next period, activities on establishing marketing infrastructure in agriculture should be undertaken. Povoljni prirodni uslovi za razvoj poljoprivrede (klima i zemljište), dugogodišnje iskust- vo i tradicija u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji, vrijedni i čestiti ljudi, uticali su da područje opštine Laktaši bude jedno od najrazvijenijih poljoprivrednih područja Srpske. Poljoprivredno zemljište u opštini Laktaši prostire se na preko 25 hiljada hektara od čega su 88% oranice, dok ostatak čine voćn- jaci i livade. Neznatna je površina pod vinogradima sa oko 100.000 čokota vinove loze. U proteklom periodu opština je dostigla visok nivo primarne poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Investiciona prilika se ogleda u razvoju otkupnih i prerađivačkih kapaciteta za voće i povrće u cilju stvaranja do- datne vrijednosti u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji. Konceptom sveobuhvatnog razvoja opština Laktaši želi u narednom periodu stvoriti uslove za nove investicije u oblasti preh- rambene industrije koji bi proizvode od primarnih poljoprivrednih proizvođača otkupljivali i prerađivali u proizvode sa dodanom vrijednosti čime bismo postigli veći stepen finalizacije i obezbjedili plasman za proizvode primarnih poljoprivrednih proizvođača. Prioriteti budućeg razvoja opštine su unapređenje i razvoj plasteničke proizvodnje, te stočarstva i voćarstva na brdskim dijelovima opštine. Donesena je Studija izvodljivosti za Agro biznis park Aleksandrovac kojom je planirano proširenje zone na novih 80 ha i to sa druge strane magistralnog puta Banja Luka-Gradiška, te na saobraćajnici koja povezuje ovaj put sa autoputem Banja Luka-Gradiška. U sklopu zone planirano je više od 100 parcela, veličine od 4.880 m² do 8.500 m², ali je moguće i dijeljenje u manje ili spajanje u veće parcele. Parcele za centralne objekte i objekte energane su površine od 11.285 m² do 20.610 m². In this way, the entire yield would be utilised, and any losses would be reduced or annulled. ■■ DEVELOPMENT GOALS The goal of the company Novi standard d.o.o. is to expand in the coming period that is to increase the area under planting, but also to reduce the production of certain crops and to increase the production of pears, apples and plums. Every year the com- pany invests in planting, rejuvenating orchards, introducing irri- gation systems and installing an antifoll network. The nature of the job is such that it requires constant investment. Company Novi standard d.o.o. has a developed network of customers and exports its products to Russia, Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Hungary and Serbia, while part of production is placed on the domestic market. Company Novi Standard d.o.o. is currently satisfied with the relationship with foreign customers, but it can always be better and it is the goal. One of the plans when it comes to appearance on the foreign market is the introduction of different forms of finalisation of products (apple chips, dried fruit, different forms of packaging of products, etc.). The company plans to distribute the production resulting from the increase in product range and assortment of products to new, powerful markets such as: Germany, Switzerland and the Scandinavian countries.
