Letter of Recommendation for KIM FRY
To Whom It May Concern:
It is a pleasure to submit a letter of reference and recommendation for Kim Fry. I
was first introduced to Kim when she applied for a position as account manager
for RadioVision, Inc., an advertising agency in Denison, Texas, serving
automotive clients throughout the U.S. I hired her into that position in 1998 and
was rewarded through her professionalism, dedication and personal character.
As the professional she is, Kim was respected by her peers and clients alike.
When given a new client or assignment, her preparation, presentation and
execution was always outstanding. Kim goes the extra mile to research and
understand the task at hand adding insight and depth to the project. When Kim
made recommendations, you could count on the fact that all aspects has been
considered and that the proposals were solid. As a result, she had a high degree
of sell-in with the clients and an exceptional level of customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
Kim’s genuine concern for the people and their business is what drives her. She
is dedicated, giving her time and energy which, in the end, produces a quality
product. She is able to understand both short and long term goals, discern the
market conditions, personalities and desired results, and effectively communicate
with individuals to accomplish the tasks. Her communications skills are as
effective within the organization as they are with the client and suppliers resulting
in respect and cooperation at all levels.
I recommend Kim without hesitation in whatever area of life she pursues. You
can count on her to give it her absolute best with integrity of character on which
you can depend. She is straight forward and honest which lets you know exactly
what the situation is – a character that you often don’t find but value when you do
– and becomes part of the solution when one is required. She works well
independently, as a member of a team, or in upper management.
As a result of Kim’s work history but more importantly who she is as a person, I
