an album/single/DVD release. It typically
consists of a book style paperboard, with
one or more plastic trays capable of holding
CD or DVD attached to the inside. Digipakstyle cases grew in popularity among
record labels and recording artists in the
early 2000s.

as the main selling point of the CD. The
record company use bright colours and
the iconography of her face to remind the
audience of the what to expect out of the
CD. This is important because they must
consider a coherent marketing strategy
and sell Rihanna as a brand which is
easily recognisable
