(eCommerce, Prepaid card, Gift card, ePrinting, Food Services, Travel & Leisure Services), Drug manufacturing,
Treasury and Risk Management, Capital markets, and Telecommunications. Kieran’s diverse IT background is
complemented by experience across business, technology, and project delivery focus areas that include:
• Leading IT Strategy and Application transformation assessments to define customer technology roadmap,
access current state, identify gaps, and define target end state, and roadmap. Enable technology platform
adoption through phased migrations to reach end state while preserving investments in existing systems,
mitigating project risk, and validating ROI.
• Developing future-state architecture and implementation road maps based upon best practices and ensuring
systemic qualities for: scalability/throughput, availability, security, maintainability, and extensibility.
• Providing technical oversight to customers by assessing mission critical applications and organizational
readiness (maintaining and extending these production applications) based upon the needs of the business
and stakeholders. Deliverables include short-term actionable recommendations and longer-term
recommendations used to define technology roadmap, and enterprise standards.
• Delivering multiple full software project lifecycle (SDLC) projects from inception through successful
production deployments. Assimilate with customer and partner teams in multiple roles and across
multiple teams including: strategic and tactical IT planning, enterprise and platform architecture,
application development, requirements gathering, performance/stress test, Change Management, and real-
time infrastructure architecture.
• Defining project scope and delivery through formal stories (use cases), level of effort (LOE), and phased
project plan delivery based upon customer business priorities and technology constraints. These project
plans can then be used to accommodate on-site and offshore staffing models to determine project costs.
Familiarity in implementing Agile Scrum methodology to facilitate sprint deliverables in continuous
integration environments.
