Fear of falling
Fear of loud noises
All other fears are learnt from society
In our daily life we face a lot of fears

Fear of death
Fear of Public speaking
Fear of future
Fear of insult
Fear of Rejection
Fear of Failure
Fear of people
Fear of change
Fear Mechanism
In any situation human
body has two options
1. Fight or flight
2. Relaxation or enjoy
Fear
Our body is designed for Security and not for
Success
To gain success we have to cross the barrier of Fear
Fight or Flight
During any challenging condition our body wants to make safe
himself first.
Our body is designed to ensure its safety first.
When body feels (real or unreal) any threat to its security,
automatically it will turn on to the flight or fight response.
Sympathetic system becomes active.
Heart rate increases
Fight or Flight
Breathing becomes faster
Glucose amount in blood becomes higher
Adrenaline rush’s in the body
Cortisol or stress hormone become increased
These are some signs of Fight or flight response
Fear
Fear is a defense mechanism of body.
It is fear which stops us
1. To do any new experiment.
2. To take risks
3. To meet new people
4. To put dangers in our health
What fear does to the body
Fear is a powerful force.
In one way or another fear prevents people from
getting what they want from life.
Fear force us to do things which we don’t like to do
Fear kills hopes
What fear does to the body
Fear kills dreams
Fear puts people in hospitals
"It's only your imagination.
Don't worry. There's nothing to be afraid of."

Yes, fear is real.
And we must recognize, it exists before we can
conquer it.
How to control fear
Most fear today are psychological.
Worry, tension, embarrassment, panic all stem from
mismanaged, negative imagina- tion.

but the strength to go through them”
How to control fear
Action cures fear
Isolate your fear. Pin it down. Determine exactly what you
are afraid of.
Then take action. There are some kind of action for any
kind of fear.
And remember, hesitation only enlarges, magnifies the
fear. Take action promptly. Be decisive.
