One experience which can never be
forgotten
 In the starting of his carrier he was a flood
officer in Bhavnagar. Due to heavy rain in the
city, many roads were blocked by rain water.
Also in one residence house drainage pipe
was blocked due to rain water on the roads.mr.
dushyant and his team mates clear the
drainage pipe of residence house along with
road drainage system till the midnight at 1:00
AM.
Short term vision
 His short term vision is to complete all the
work given to him in particular time.
 He never likes to keep his work pending.
 He want to work with full efficiency till the
day of his retirement.
Long term vision
 After retirement ,he want to work as a
consultant.
 He like to utilize his full time doing some
useful things.
Advise for new engineers
 Consult about your carrier rather than exam .
 Don’t sell your books after you have studied.
 Do not take shortcut for your success and be
loyal.
Concern for other at work place
 He believes in team work so whenever there is
work load ,he tries to distribute the work among
the employee working with them.
 So he is consult for others.
How does he get in this
profession
 From the beginning (8th std) he has decided
that he wants to work in technical field.
 He was appointed for many positions like
1. Gujarat marine board (supervisor)
2. Flood control subdivision (supervisor)
3. GLDC (Land development)
4. Bhavnagar municipal corporate(Executive
Engineer.)
Conclusion
