The findings of this study should be treated with caution due to some limitations. First, this study focuses on four universities. This choice enables to

management in academic institutions where knowledge seems to be of dominant importance. However, the generalisability of the findings is
potentially limited by the fact that all the respondents belong to the same type of organisations, and also that there are several from each of all level.
Like other organisations, Thai Universities have its unique strategic, structural, and cultural attributes, and it remains to be seen whether these results
can be generalized to other kind of organisations.

Secondly, combining that with elements of human–resource management we try to predict basic consequences that IT could have on the way
employees are rewarded and the way new employees are acquired. The paper is structured according to introduced methodology – section two contains

Social Abstivation And Social Observation
For my observation I observed a group of teenage girls that came into my work (Starbucks) every day for a week. This group of girls seemed easy
to observe because they go through a pattern of sitting in Starbucks on a daily basis, and it was the same group of girls every time. The way they
interacted with each other was very energetic and enthusiastic. Their facial expressions and body language clearly showed that they were comfortable
with each other and interacted similarly. I went in and sat in the cafe to observe them the days I wasn't working, and interacted with them as a worker
the days I did.
When other people approached the group it was typically another girl of their age from school, church, or a club/sports team. The girls interacted with
the other people in a positive attitude, but when the person (or persons) left they talked negatively about them. None of the girls tried to change the
outcome of the interaction into a positive one, but instead they conformed to the others and joined in to the negative views. However, when a worker
came up and talked to them they were all–around positive after the conversation ended. They seemed very friendly both during and after speaking with
the worker.
I believe that this change in responses between the people their age and the workers was caused because of the amount of time they spent with them

3.1 Supervision is an important source of feedback and we discuss my work and how I am doing, what I am doing well and what needs to
improve. Supervision feedback could be formal like in supervision meetings but also informal when talking unplanned. For example, my manager
will come in, in the morning and ask 'how did it go last night? And after explaining, she will tell me fine but next time add this to what I haven't done
today. My colleagues and the service users are important too for giving me feedback, for showing me what I am doing well, the areas I need to

There are open ended questions, closed ended questions, and special questions. These questions help me accomplish my goals during sessions. I
am a social worker who seeks to know what happened, why it may have happened, and more in order to make the best plan for the client. A open
ended question is "how did that make you feel?" I like to use questions as such to get an understanding of the client's feelings, which may also
explain why the client made particular decisions. Every story is unique and every client has a reason for their actions. Being able learn how to use

demonstrates possible solutions and implications to reduce misconception and poor performance from older workers by creating supportive and
encouraging environments that also allows older workers to participate in learning, training and development. The findings of this report revealed that
the misconception of younger workers were more productive and performed better than older workers were proven false. Furthermore, the results
revealed that older workers were as capable in performing as effectively as younger workers. Further recommendations were needed to ensure that
practical implementation and methods are taken to improve the quality of the work environment for older workers by following the S.M.A.R.T

(para. 4). I plan to incorporate social change in my profession by applying my past work experiences and knowledge from school to become a better
professional role model to my patients, co–workers and community. An example of one learning outcome for the Master of Science in Nursing is to
"exhibit ongoing commitment to professional development" (Walden University, 2013b, para. 3). I am constantly trying to learn new ways to
improve and better my knowledge and education. I recently obtained my Certified Emergency Nurse certification and will soon be taking the
Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse exam. I only hope that with my past experiences and my future knowledge gained at Walden University, I will
be able to become a professional advocate and role model for the future of pediatric care and the patient population thereof.

This group of girls seemed easy to observe because they go through a pattern of sitting in Starbucks on a daily basis, and it was the same group of girls every time. The way they interacted with each other was very energetic and enthusiastic. Their facial expressions and body language clearly showed that they were comfortable with each other and interacted similarly. I went in and sat in the cafe to observe them the days I wasn't working, and interacted with them as a worker the days I did. When other people approached the group it was typically another girl of their age from school, church, or a club/sports team. The girls interacted with the other people in a positive attitude, but when the person (or persons) left they talked negatively about them. None of the girls tried to change the outcome of the interaction into a positive one, but instead they conformed to the others and joined in to the negative views. However, when a worker came up and talked to them they were all–around positive after the conversation ended. They seemed very friendly both during and after speaking with the worker. My Goals and Walden Vision and Mission Essay My Goals and Walden University Vision and Mission Being an Emergency Room nurse for 7 years and working as a traveling nurse in many different parts of the country has impacted my future and decision of going back to school. My personal career goal is to become a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with specialization in pediatric critical care area, mainly pediatric emergency medicine. I have known since a very young age that I had a gift for working with children. My colleagues always call me the "pediatric nurse". I also believe in using this knowledge to positively impact others in all aspects of healthcare. Incorporating Social Change I agree with Walden University's (2013a) view on social change that "Walden supports social change through the development of principled, knowledgeable, and ethical scholar–practitioners, who are and will become civic and professional role models by advancing the better of society" (para. 4). I plan to incorporate social change in my profession by applying my past work experiences and knowledge from school to become a better professional role model to my patients, co–workers and community. An example of one learning outcome for the Master of Science in Nursing is to "exhibit ongoing commitment to professional development" (Walden University, 2013b, para. 3). I am constantly trying to learn new ways to improve and better my knowledge and education. I recently obtained my Certified Emergency Nurse certification and will soon be taking the Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse exam. I only hope that with my past experiences and my future knowledge gained at Walden University, I will be able to become a professional advocate and role model for the future of pediatric care and the patient population thereof.
