defined, as reinforcing behaviors under certain circumstances and not reinforcing them under other
circumstances. When teaching a child to follow certain behaviors you have to have a method of
reinforcement whether it be positive or negative. It is always good to have a discipline method. The
proper thing to do is the proper thing to do, so to speak. Just because a child can talk doesn't mean
she's able to problem–solve or attach the right words to what she's feeling, so she may try to get

brand reserve resort of the Ritz–Carlton hotel and resort chain, the first reserve resort is located on
Phulay Bay, Thailand another nation with a tropical climate similar to Puerto Rico. The Ritz–Carlton
brand's reputation is to provide the utmost quality service towards their guests. However, since they
opened their doors in 2012 the service has not been on a par to other Ritz–Carlton hotels nor with
the other reserve location based over in Thailand. There is continuous training in regards of the
companies Gold Standards throughout the year, which, is to reinforce a positive organizational
culture at the resort property. These Gold Standards, in which, are the instruments that are provided
to the employees and are used to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
The resort provides an excellent service and the facilities are one of a kind but, there is a vast

patients restrained on the unit on a daily basis. Some of the reasons nurses restrain patients are to
prevent them from harming themselves or others, to help maintain treatment plans, and to control
confused or agitated patients (Stratmann, Vinson, Magee and Hardin, 1997). The most frequently

his endotracheal tube. In such cases, failing to use restraints could result in a claim or lawsuit being

External threats
1. Most external threat is improper training and knowledge. That could lead to losing customers or
even worse a lawsuit. It is impart that floor management and leads stay active on the salon floor and
interacting with employees.
2. Neglecting to keep up with new regulated laws can hurt the business and cause economic distress
in the business. This will have an adverse effect on the ability to capitalize business ventures and
generate revenue. I feel that it is up to both the management team and myself to stay on top of all
