Throughout the years Modders have found more and more ways to
make their hardware unique in the computer world. Nowadays
it’s fact that Hardware manufacturers see the benefit in this
and give their products a more stylish look. Corsair is well
known for their sense of style in the already great hardware.
So what does a Modder do with Corsair hardware? Right, make
that hardware look even nicer!

The Corsair Crystal 570x in its own right is already a very
beautiful case as many of you will probably have seen already,
it’s truly a case which is designed to showcase the hardware
inside. The style of this case can best be described as full

2. disclosure, cause you simply have nowhere to hide anything in
this case. Where a lot of builders still drop the ball in
terms of details, in this case, there’s no room for error,
everything has to be perfectly done if you’d want to show this
case off to others with pride. Every cable and every small
detail have to equal perfection cause literally everything is
open to see. Twister has poured in his confidence and added a
whole new level to this by turning this Corsair Crystal 570x
into the CrystaliZed 570X.
Where in the original case still were some closed off parts,
Twister really unleashed all restraint and made it so nothing
at all was kept from view. This causes everything he did, in
this case, to be put under a magnifying glass trough which we
can see whether Twister really is as good as he seems to be
when looking at his previous Mods. For instance, the Red
Impact was a true masterpiece as many of us have seen, but
even in that piece of art a lot of things were still hidden
from sight. With this CrystaliZed 570X Twister unveils all and
proves once and for all to everyone who watches it that he
truly is a Master Modder!
The CystaliZed 570X is wholly designed in shades of gray,
which creates a very tight sterile look. Where these days a
full blown RGB Led circus is seen as the standard, I for one,
am truly happy to see that there are still Mods being made
that can be called “Normal”.
Twister went so far with this Mod that he nearly replaced
every bit of the Corsair case by custom work keeping only the
basic shape of the original case. Nearly all parts of the case
have been replaced with transparent acrylic which generates a
very open feel almost to the point that there is no casing at
all. This makes it so you can actually look at the hardware
from all sides which gives me a lot to look at and describe.
The beauty of the custom water cooling loop is that the used
liquid also is a clear transparent, even though part of the
loop is made in chrome there are some parts made out of clear

3. tubing. The surreal feeling that this clear tubing gives, in
this case, is amazing. Even if it’s only two tubes, the way
these make the liquid seemingly flow trough the air from the
custom reservoir to the pump is a very overwhelming sight
indeed.
The color scheme used in this CrystaliZed 570X can be called
plain and even boring by a lot of people, but not by me. The
use of the various shades of gray actually makes this Mod a
sight worth noticing, just like with a gemstone you see
different shades depending on from what angle you’re looking
at it. The logo Twister gave this CrystaliZed 570X doesn’t
accidentally resemble a diamond it seems. The purple Led
lighting which licks the edges of the acrylic works perfectly
to create the illusion that you’re looking at a true crystal.
From the illuminated bottom to the top plate with honeycomb
pattern for air intake, from the custom motherboard tray with
built-in cable management to the custom fans and mounting
materials, everything has been cared for with nothing less
than perfection in mind. Should you have doubted the art and
skill of Daniel “Twister” Bolognesi, then this CrystaliZed
570X will surely make your doubts melt like snow.
I already knew he was an extremely great Modder, with a very
strong feel of tight design styles, and this Mod only
strengthened my knowing this.
This truly is an amazing piece of Art Twister! This
CrystaliZed 570X pushed your own Red Impact from the number
one spot in my personal favorite Mods made by you.
