Responsible for carrying export operations accurately with following the purchase order
accordingly and implement the process for cargo movement , booking the container and following the
approval letter meantime coordinating the transport for early uplift of consignment to meet the timely
clearance at customs.
 Preparing the Performa Invoice.
 Following the purchase order of the customer.
 Generating invoice and preparing the packing using spreadsheet.
 Applying for GSP certificate and other origin certificate.
 Following the logistics for the approval and movement of consignment.
 Following the CHA to file the custom documents on time.
 Arranging the Transportation of containers as per vessel planning to meet the clearance.
 Following the exchange control copy along with EP copy from the customs.
 Shipments tracking from the Loading port to destination port (ETD & ETA) and sending the pre-
alert mail to buyer for timely delivery.
 Making report of export goods every month.
 Communicate with Bank and inquire with Buyers about the Payment on the due dates.
 Export Documents Negotiation as per LC & TT with Bank.
 Making Proper shipment planning and co-ordinate with the merchandiser, and production
departments for execution of export shipment.
 Taking freights from Shipping Lines / Airlines.
 Deal with CHA & Forwarder for rate negotiation, compare with other CHA & Forwarders rates &
take best rates from them as per comparison.
 Prepare BL/AWB Instructions as per open document and LC terms and release them on time.
 Timely preparation of Post Export Documentation to claim Payment.
 Following with the bank for BRC.
 Applying Export Incentives like Duty Drawback.
 Applying and following the DGFT for getting Focus Market Schemes Licenses, SHIS etc.
