1. Each group will be given a topic/focus on the Water Cycle and each group will also be
given a list of “Effects”. How does their topic lend itself to the “Effects” at ACMS.
Groups will fill out the form with their names and what their focus is, Definition of their
focus, and each student will give one example of their focus.
Groups will research a kid-friendly project where they will show their focus through an
experiment. They can choose, but it must be approved by the teacher.
Groups will be given a poster paper, or poster board where they will present their focus
using the scientific method.
After each group has shown presented their project, the teacher will ask the students
specific questions about all the presentations as a journal reflection piece.
