4. I have used masthead/logo like Q magazine
have. They have always that on the
frontcover, but in different colours. My
magazine will also use the same font and
word on all front cover, but the colours will
change so it goes with the rest of the
magazine.
On front covers you usually find a few
plugs to drag attention, like big numbers,
free gifts and a interview with your
favourite band/artist. These are biggger
than the less interesting information you
find on the front cover.
7. Q magazine have used their logo on
their content page, since my logo is
quite big and I wanted to write
“content” on the page, so used the
same font instead so its still easy t
connect the frontcover and the
content page, like Q magazine have. I
was inspired by Q to have circles,
buth they have on the number and I
have the images. They also have
coverlines like I have with numbers.
But to make mine more unique I have
kept it clean without a lot of text just
the most important , like page
numbers, images and short titles.
Which I think makes it easier to read
and the reader gets a good overview.
