of tactical objectives and more holistic strategic plans.  Examples may include, marketing or sales 
campaigns, client loyalty and retention programmes, or mergers and acquisitions. 
 
Country Intelligence Data forms part of the End Results knowledge centre, our in‐house database of 
research material covering compliance, legal, market practice and capability information regarding 
the treasury, trade and securities services communities in 180 countries and territories around the 
world. 
 
Product Development and Delivery is available to assist our clients with the design, development and 
delivery to market of new or enriched products and business solutions. 
 
Learning and Development is the End Results training and workshop facilitation practice.  A range of 
courses is available covering topics such as consultative selling, negotiation & pricing and treasury 
specific subjects including working capital management and the basics of banking.
