OET Test Takers

test preparations.
1. Take a walk before your training session.
It’ll help you get into the right mindset for intensive review. Here’s why. There are certain parts of
your brain—ones that are essential for memory formation and retention—that grow idle when you sit
still for long periods. Walking can keep this from happening. The physical activity and change of

audio versions of your training materials or record yourself reading them out loud.
