3. Job Allocation
I chose to have myself be the crew because I know the shots I want, as
well as the sounds I would like to capture. Furthermore I have gathered
experience over the past 2 years by shooting and editing ideas and
movies.
I chose these talent members because they fit the description of the
characters, furthermore they all take drama, so I know they have acting
skills.

7. Proposed Schedules
Type of Production Date Description
Shooting 14/05/2017 – 17/05/2017 In these days I will be shooting the film, I chose these
dates because they fit my schedule as well as others. I
will starts with scene 1 on the 14th and finish scene 10 on
the 17th or earlier.
Editing 18/05/2017 – 24/05/2017 In these days this will be editing the film, I gave myself
longer to edit then shoot because I was on a tight
schedule and its harder form me to get access to the
editing suite to then go out and film. So I made sure that
is booked my self for at least 2 hours per day from the
18th – 24th.
8. Logistics
Additional facilities – because I changed my production I used
different locations, for example I used my bedroom at home,
The Beacon School and in a car.
Additional Resources – because I changed my production is
used different props, for example I used a camera, pen, paper,
letter, breathing mask, phone.
9. Contingency
I had to change my production idea completely because of the time
frame, I felt like there wasn’t enough time to create the original
production, compared to the production I will be make a faster
production based film.
10. Production Management Criteria
Pre-Production phase
After finishing all the pre-production documents such as the risk assessments, research etc. I created a plan
one when me and my team would meet up to discuss the plan of the productions and if there is any
suggestions. At one of the meeting I was told about a certain part of the storyline and how it didn’t make much
sense, I took the advice and changed it to what made more sense.
Production phase
The production went very smooth this is because I made sure that the cast and crew knew the story and my
idea, furthermore I allowed my team to make suggestions when they feel right, one team said that I should
change one of my shots so that I could add more detail, they were right. I felt like this really helped us work as
team better because we all wanted the same success.
Post-Production phase
After the production we had to edit the footage, I took most responsibility of the phase because I edited the
whole film, furthermore I used a editing software called AVID Media Composer. I hade to book my time on the
editing software, this means I had to put my name on the days and times I wanted during the week.
11. Production Management Criteria
Modification after completion – after shooting the film, I was editing
and came across some poor footage so I went out and filmed the shots
aging and made them look much better.
