the Press in the 13 colonies 1735
Slavery and American Revolution--The American Revolution should of
helped change the history of black Americans but it continued especially in the South.

Debtors Prison--In the 18th & early 19th centuries American people were put in
prison if they fell into debt.

from their land and relocated in 1830.
Fugitive Slave Act- The 1793 Act passed to return fugitive slaves back to their
owners and threatened the safety of free African Americans.

America and in America.

company Exxon for what happened.

Americans to investigate terrorists in light of 9/11/2001
Hurricane Katrina-- the flooding of New Orleans was fault of the US Army
