2. Photoshop and Quark.
All of our creating and editing work was done in these two software's. Along
the way we learned the in and outs of Photoshop and quark, this helped
us to master our magazines to the best quality. After a lot of practice I am
more confident cropping around images, i needed to do this for the image
on my front cover and one of the images in the double page spread. I used
brushes i found on a website called ‘brusheasy’ u used the brushes to
create a grimy feel to the background on both the front cover and the
contents page. I also found fonts for photo shop on the website ‘DaFontz’ I
used these fonts for the word ‘contents’ in the contents page.

3. Cameras
To take all the photos for our magazine we used a cannon SLR camera. I had
never used a top quality camera before so it took some getting used to.
we had to look at the are and decide weather or not we needed a flash or
what type of mode the camera will be set in.
