What have you learnt abouttechnologies from the process of constructing this product? By Hayleigh Chamberlain
PhotoshopI have used Photoshop beforehand and found it a lot more easier with AS coursework as Iwas used to it. I gained more skills from cutting around my main image and being able to change thelighting and contrast of my image made it a lot better for my magazine pictures. Here is myself print screening my final front cover image using Photoshop.
Quark XpressQuark Xpress was a lot more difficult for me to work as it was brand new and just anediting process. For my double page spread and contents page I think I finally got used to this programmeand can officially use the different tools properly. Here is a screenshot when I was editing the colour balance levels for one of my subsidiary images.
Voice Recorders and SLR cameraThe voice recorder and the SLR camera were very easy to use and just commonsense. The voice recorder was simple and easy to get onto your blog. Here is a recordingfor my questionnaire I did using a voice recorder:http://hayleighchamberlainasmedia.blogspot.co.uk/2012/11/indie-music-magazine-questionnaire.htmlThe SLR camera’s I found extremely useful and great quality for the work we wereproducing. Here are different shot types I did using an SLR:http://hayleighchamberlainasmedia.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/camera-shot-types.html
Blog sitesUsing sites like Prezi, Slideshare, Glogster and Sliderocket were a great way of puttingall my research on to my blog quickly and clearly.I found Prezi hard at first, then I got used to it. Slideshare and Sliderocket are very simpleand Glogster also.
