 Quality is one of the critical factors in the
success of construction projects.
 The best quality, time and cost are the
important aspects of successful construction
project which fulfills the main goal of
construction industry.
 Quality assurance help to prevent mistake,
avoiding problem and delivering better
solution to customer.

 But nowadays many construction industry don’t
apply the quality technique tool.
 Since the quality outcomes of the projects are
not according to required standards, faulty
construction takes place .
 So it is necessary to create the quality
management awareness to all level construction.

zero in an achievable goal.
