Developed and operated an 1800 square foot brand name athletic footwear and apparel retail
operation. Driven by the desire to succeed took Sneaker World from concept to creation.
Negotiated the lease, site selection, construction, physical development and grand opening in less
than five months. Responsible for planning, operation, purchasing, marketing, advertising,
public relations and customer service. Managed, trained and hired a staff of six employees.
Developed vendor relationships with major athletic brands, including: NIKE, ADIDAS, NEW
BALANCE, ASICS, TIMBERLAND, UNDER ARMOUR and more. Handled all profit and
loss budgets, product mix, created all price points, handled all loss prevention.
• Grew business from zero to $1.1 million in annual revenue in 5 years
• Operated RICS POS system. Allowing for on time orders, inventory control and POS
