Informative Essay On Forensic Science
A wooded area, a small town just north of Sacramento. Two preteen girls. Two bodies. Two close range bullet holes in their heads. On November 12,
1973, the bodies of two missing girls were found in Yuba County, CA. Over 60 people were actively investigated for the murder
–rape until 1976. Then
it went cold. Forty–one years later, investigators had two suspects (Thompson). After so many years, the key to finally deducing the crime lay in what
the two men left behind, DNA. In a world of flawed justice systems and abundant lies, the truth can only come out in fact; the facts of science's
introduction to the criminal justice system, known as forensic science. Forensics have been steadily growing in popularity, credibility, and ease in the

Cases that formerly did not have enough circumstantial evidence, nor any "useful" evidence at all that were actively investigated until no more
leads were available, that have gone cold are now resurfacing with the DNA forensics systems in place. Now the combination of careful
preservation, meticulously maintained notes, and a drive to protect the truth are coming into play for cold cases to finally be resolved. Such is the
case with the 1973 California murders (Thompson). It was the drive for finality that eventually caught, arrested, and convicted two men who did
horrendous things to two young girls. The families, despite the years, craved an end to the nightmare and justice for the little girls that they had lost.
Investigators were only able to reopen the case because they had a new arsenal of tools to help them expand upon the evidence that was present at
the scene: the men's DNA from the rape kits. Cross examining those DNA samples with that in a database brought upon the discovery of the two men,
who now lived states away from the scene of the crime, and both of whom had been convicted of other charges. "Victory cases" such as these are
common now to see and hear about, with nearly every month finding that there is another case that could finally be resolved, that could finally unveil
the truth, and none done so

Serial Killer: Theodore Robert Bundy Essay
Theodore Bundy was an infamous American serial killer who preyed upon numerous young women during the 1970s and possibly earlier. He was
associated with at least 30 counts of homicide and suspected of an estimated one hundred or more. Beyond homicide, he also made it apparent that
he was capable of other sinister crimes such as rape, kidnapping, and necrophilia. His most frequent method of killing was an attack with a blunt
weapon to the head. However, he did not merely kill his victims; evidence concludes that each were also sexually assaulted and sodomized. It is
reported that he even revisited his crime scenes to further engage in sexual acts with the decomposing corpses. Moreover, at least 12 of his victims had
been decapitated .... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Shortly after, Johnny formally adopted her son which led to the acquisition of his now notorious last name: Bundy. His mother and stepfather
eventually had 4 children together, presenting Bundy with an opportunity to experience a normal childhood. However, this did not come to fruition.
Despite Johnny's attempts to bond with Ted, such as camping trips, Ted was emotionally detached from him. He exhibited extreme shyness, preferring
to spend most of his time alone. He was uncomfortable and self–doubting in social situations. This likely led to his social awkwardness, which in turn
led to Ted being frequently teased and bullied. However, while he somewhat failed socially, he excelled academically, managing to maintain a high
GPA. In his high school years, Ted became more socially aware and comfortable, and as a result his popularity grew. It was said he was "well dressed
and exceptionally well mannered." Yet, he seldom dated; he was more interested in extra–curricular activities, particularly politics. Ted Bundy attended
college at the University of Puget Sound and the University of Washington. During this time, he took on various low–level jobs, such as being a busboy
and a shoe clerk. Generally, he did not stay in one position for very long, which caused employers to view him as unreliable. He was always very
focused on his studies and grades. In spring of 1967, he entered a life–changing relationship with his "dream woman," a classmate of his at the

While he was home he uncovered the truth about his biological mother who he thought was his older sister. This is the turning point in his life.
In 1968 he re–enrolled at the University of Washington to Major in Psychology. Bundy was attending school with Elizabeth Kloepfer; a divorced

The Church Of Liberalism By Ann Coulter

Government & Politics in the US
4/30/15
Ramblings of the Ill–informed
In Godless: The Church of Liberalism, published by Three Rivers Press in 2007, author Ann Coulter argues that liberalism has become a religion
despite liberals rejecting god and religion. On the first page Coulter writes, "Of course liberalism is a religion. It has its own cosmology, its own
miracles . . . its own churches, its own high priests, its own saints, its own total worldview, and its own explanation of the existence of the universe. In
other words, liberalism contains all the attributes of what is generally known as a religion." Coulter attempts to draw many parallels between liberals
and religious people in the beginning of the book. Coulter then gets into the ideologies that the "liberal religion" possesses in the chapters to follow. This
includes Coulter's assertion that liberals love violent criminals, but hate fetuses because all liberals oppose the death penalty and support abortions.
Coulter's overgeneralizations continue when she rants and yells about the liberal media's adoration for educators and how teachers are the saints for
leftists and schools are like churches of socialism. Then Coulter states that educators are indoctrinating students with false beliefs in evolution and
turning children away from Christianity. Finally, Coulter attempts to disprove evolution a very small amount understanding of what evolution really is.

Biography of Ted Bundy Ted Bundy is one of the worst serial killers in history. His Antisocial personality and psychotic character made him feared
across the country. After all was said and done Ted left behind a trail of bloody slayings that included the deaths of 36 young women and spanned
through four states. The biggest question in many people's mind was how could someone as intelligent, highly accomplished, and praised as Bundy do
such a thing?
Theodore Robert Bundy was born November 24th, 1946 in Burlinton, Vermont. His mother Eleanor Louise Cowell was 22 when she had him. Ted's

were gifts. He was picked up at least twice by juvenile authorities for suspicion of auto theft and burglary, but nothing came of it. Ted participated in
many respectable behaviors that helped make it so unbelievable to accept his guiltiness. He caught a purse snatcher and was given a commendation
from the police department. He also saved a drowning toddler once by diving into a lake after him. Ted also worked for a suicide prevention hotline
talking others out of killing themselves. He wrote rape–prevention books and became active in politics gaining the attention of important, highly known
people. Ted worked many low paying jobs to pay for college. He was a busboy at a hotel, a messenger, and clerks at various stores. He left most jobs

It is likely that Ted killed his first victim while in his teens. A young schoolmate disappeared at this time. He is said to have begun his serial killings in
his late twenties in 1974. However many people believe that he started

Even though he committed many crimes, he was formally charged for only four: the attempted kidnapping of Carol DaRonch, the abduction and
murder of Caryn Campbell, the Florida State University Chi Omega murders, and the Kimberly Leach abduction and murder (Rule). Ted Bundy has
kidnapped, raped, beaten, sodomized, and/ or strangled: eleven women in Washington State, eight in Utah, four in Colorado, three in Florida, two in
Oregon, two in Idaho, and one in California (Rule). Of all these victims only 20 were identified, five of which survived the attacks, and numerous
other attempts at victims that we don't know a numerical value (Rule). On November 8, 1974 in Murray, Utah, Bundy kidnapped Carol DaRonch by
impersonating a police officer and telling DaRonch that someone attempted to break into her car and she needed to ride with him to the Police

pull over; he tried to handcuff DaRonch, but failed by locking the handcuffs to the same wrists and she was able to run away from Bundy (Rule).
Later on that day, Bundy abducted Debra Kent, a seventeen year old, who was picking up her sibling in from a play (Rule). Outside the auditorium that
Debra was taken, police found a handcuff key that unlocked Carol DaRonch handcuffs (Rule). During

Paranormal Sentimental Fiction In Horace Walpole's The...
This section will investigate the history and advancement behind paranormal sentimental fiction. Paranormal sentimental fiction had its beginnings in
the eighteenth century. An early noticeable novel in this class was The Castle of Otranto composed by Horace Walpole. Walpole began an artistic
development somewhere down in riddle that increased quick drama and various imitators. He is by and by for the most part associated with Strawberry
Hill, the home he worked in Twickenham, South–West London where he resuscitated the Gothic type a few decades before his Victorian successors,
and for his Gothic novel, The Castle of Otranto.
The novel distributed in 1764 is regularly thought as the primary gothic novel, beginning an artistic kind which would turn out to be exceptionally
mainstream in the later eighteenth century and mid nineteenth century. In this manner, Walpole, by augmentation, is apparently the antecedent to such
creators as Charles Maturin, Ann Radcliffe, Bram Stoker, Edgar Allan Poe and Daphne du Maurier. In the introduction of the second release, Walpole
makes a heuristic for perusing the novel which without a doubt changes the way perusers are to see the novel until its end. He claims to blend the new
and old types of sentiment. The "old" sentiment is what is presently considered pre–novel exposition – a principle component of such writing is their
incredible style. There is enchantment, the otherworldly is bottomless and they are absolutely mind boggling. The type of the "new" sentiment is the
thing that the books of the eighteenth century, when Walpole was composing, would ordinarily have resembled. These books were reasonable; they
were made to portray occasions and individuals as they truly were.
Walpole at that point, by attempting to blend these two classes, makes something new– something genuinely 'novel'. He makes fabulous situations like
protective caps tumbling from the sky, strolling pictures, and so on and puts as far as anyone knows genuine individuals into these situations and lets
them to act in a "genuine" way. In doing as such, he viably enables fiction to develop in ways that it would some way or another have not possessed
the capacity to. Walpole presents many set–pieces that

Boundaries, Symmetry and Continuity in Radcliffe's The...
Below is a passage from I.2 of Radcliffe's The Mysteries of Udolpho concerning the concept of "precepts" in relation to the characters of St. Aubert
and his daughter Emily: I have attempted to teach you from your earliest youth, the duty of self– command [...] not only as it preserves us from the
various and dangerous temptations that call us from rectitude and virtue, but as it limits the indulgences which are termed virtuous, yet which,
extended beyond a certain boundary are vicious...All excess is vicious; even that sorrow, which is amiable in its origin, becomes a selfish and unjust
passion, if indulged at the expense of our duties. [...] The indulgence of excessive grief enervates the mind, and almost incapacitates it for again... Show

This logic of symmetry and deformity is located in the depiction of Nature–a landscaped variety–and the characters' relationships to their natural
environment. The environs of La VallГ©e are characterized by the qualities of the picturesque landscape, and every angle of the house looks out on
some prospect (2–4). In this landscape there is natural symmetry–the improvements that St. Aubert makes to the ground around the chateau are few and
conform to a taste "for the beautiful" (6) that is formed by nature rather than learned (see how St. Aubert conceives of Valancourt [35]). During the tour
through the Pyrenees, many "prospects" are remarked upon, but so too is the absence of a prospect (28–29). Prospects are what make a landscape–it is
from a view large enough to incorporate diverse elements of a scene and a variety of distances that a landscape (comprised of foreground, middle
ground, and a background) emerges. The idea of prospect is involved with the concept of perspective, and perspective (as it relates to the way one
interacts with anything) brings us back to the ideas of taste and precept. But taste, precept, and prospect are in turn all linked to a consciousness of
past, present, and future. Thus St. Aubert, when making "improvements" in his estate or in his daughter is always referencing them to his past
experiences at La Vallee (2, 4), or to his hopes and fears for

A Theme of the Opera in Bel Canto by Ann Patchett
Bel Canto by Ann Patchett The theme of the novel draws its most core intensities from the art of opera. Patchett fantastically utilizes the language and
the pathos of music for the examination of jungle born revolutionaries and the international hostages. This novel reflects our extraordinary aptitude to
structure emotional associations in improbable and shaky ways. Manette Ansay, author of Midnight Champagne says: "Let me put this plainly:Ann
Patchett has written the best book I have read in a long, long time. Bel Canto is a masterpiece to its title, a beautiful song, and a broad, bold entirely
original love story destined to become an international classic. This is the book we all wait for, the one we thrust into the hands of friends, saying,

A Child 's Life Under Traditional Circumstances
From birth to age 6/7, studies have shown, the most important adult figure in a child 's life under traditional circumstances is the mother, and it is this
period that the child learns what love is. Relationships between the researched subjects and their mothers were uniformly cool, distant, unloving,
neglectful, with very little touching, emotional warmth – the children were deprived of love.
As a small child, the grandfather who served as his father figure was Ted 's beloved role model from whom he was involuntarily separated when his
mother moved him to Washington State. Being torn from this father figure he loved at the young age of four, may have affected Bundy 's ability to
socialize properly. This quote suggests that,
From ages of 8 to 12, all the negative tendencies present in their early childhoods were exacerbated and reinforced. In this period, a male child really
needs a father, and it was in just this time period that the fathers of half the subjects disappeared in one way or another…. Potential murderers
became solidified in their loneliness first during the age period of 8 to 12; such isolation is considered the single most important aspect of their
psychological makeup. (Swiss Criminal Profiling, Childhoods of Violence?)
Although Ted focused on his love for his grandfather, the family 's church described him as an "extremely violent man who generally terrorised
everyone he lived with" (libertus.net). But it was not until his incarcertaion, that Dr.

Serial Killer : Ted Bundy
In the late sixties and seventies, a feared serial killer, Ted Bundy, disseminated terror throughout the United States. He was connected to at least
thirty–six murders, although some believed he had committed more than one hundred murders. Bundy confessed to killing thirty women in seven states
before his execution by electric chair on January 24, 1989. Ted Bundy appeared as a successful and an attractive gentleman, who seemed to have a lot
going for him. Nevertheless, ingrained was the heart of a serial killer! Ted Bundy was a psychopath; proving that the lines between sanity and insanity
are thin; however, in the case of Bundy, it was on the edge of non–existence. Ann Rule describes Ted Bundy as a clean–cut kid with predatory cravings
that characterize the most primitive vision of social Darwinism; supporting a practice that hoards his fortunes in human trophies. He is the
compelling extreme of a system of accumulation. Without fate and God; within a very flimsy world tied together by a fragile web of coincidences;
when having the sense that survival of the fittest is all that he had left. As a chronic sexual predator, Bundy crossed a line in which he could never
step back to the other side, and he didn't want to. Bundy considered himself to be an amateur and impulsive killer in his early years, and then moved
into what he considered to be "The Ultimate Predator!" Ted Bundy appeared to grow up in healthy household, with supportive family members;

Murder is the most vindictive crime society can commit. As individuals in society, the belief of being born a murderer is false. No one is born a
murderer; society gives birth to that murderer. In Ted Bundy's case the lack of parental guidance and constant rejection of women contributed to him
evolving into a vicious serial killer. Bundy was a man who let his fantasies run his life, he believed that life was a game. All this contributed to making
Bundy revengeful, bitter, and not quite mentally stable. Bundy took countless numbers of young female lives in the 70's. This man seemed to have a

obsession. Stephanie felt that Ted had no direction in his life and that he didn't know what he wanted and where he was going. Which is what lead to
their breakup. Bundy was extremely depressed over their breakup, and to make matters worse Bundy learned the true about his "sister",
that she was really his mother. This was in an addition to turning point in Bundy's behavior. "During this time in his life Bundy became
possessed of a kind of icy resolve"(Duijndam.) Bundy went from a shy, sweet, and naive individual, to a dominant, focused, and revengeful
person. Although, Stephanie and Bundy kept close contact after their breakup and they visited often. Around 1972 Ted's life seemed to emerge with
higher hopes. Bundy sent out various applications for law schools and became involved in politics. Bundy was looked upon as a caring and respectful
individual. "He was even commended by the Seattle police for saving the life of a three–year–old boy who was drowning in a lake"
(Duijndam.) In 1973 Bundy had met up with Stephanie Brooks once again. Stephanie noticed the Ted's

Biography Of Theodore Robert Cowell's Life
Theodore Robert Cowell was born November 24, 1946, in Burlington, Vermont, at the Elizabeth Lung Home for Unwed Mothers. Born to Eleanor
Louise Cowell, twenty–two years old and unmarried and an unidentified father. Eleanor's family suspected that her abusive father was Bundy's
biological father. Being an unwed, single mother in 1946 was looked down upon, and as a result Bundy was raised by his religious grandparents. His
grandparents and mother both aware of the truth, tell young Ted that the women he has been with is his sister. Throughout his childhood, Bundy
thought his grandfather was a respected man, with dignity and honor. Later finding out his grandfather had history of being physically and
emotionally abusive towards his family and pets. The unspoken family secret that was finally told out of rage by the grandfather, that the women Ted
had known at the being of his life as his sister was indeed his mother was unveiled. Eleanor moved Ted to Tacoma, Washington where she married
Johnnie Bundy, and the couple had five other children and raised their children in normal, loving and caring working–class society. Now known as
Theodore "Ted" Bundy, at just the mere age of three, Bundy already developed a fascination to knives and machetes. Many close relatives to Ted can
say that as he gotten older he became shy and socially awkward, which developed his love for knives. His love for knives helped him cope with his
family held secrets. Awakening of a Killer Bundy was always

Before Bundy's execution, he sat down for an interview with Stephen G. Michaud and Hugh Aynesworth; according to Bundy, women were not
seen as people, but as objects for use and control. He objectified women and saw them, his victims, as his personal possessions (Pedneault, n.d.).
Bundy denies exacting injury upon his victims, because rape, torture, and murder were not significant actions, especially when they were imposed
on his possessions. Bundy tried to defend his actions by calling them aberrations, which is defined as a deviation from what is considered to be
normal, common, or predictable. By saying his crimes were aberrations; he is in a way agreeing that it is not a normal thing to do, but did not believe
that such actions were significant in any way. Additionally, when asked why he would mutilate a young woman, he responds "It seems to me that that
kind of behavior would be an exception as opposed to the rule here." (Michaud & Aynesworth, 2000, p. 243). By indicating that his actions were
simply an exception to a rule, specifies that the action was meaningless and

`` Twilight `` By Stephanie Meyer
"Twilight" by Stephanie Meyer has many codes and conventions from the genre that is gothic literature. Like "The Italian" by Ann Radcliffe there is a
sense of anxiety from the monstrous power of unreality, and the characters of both Bella and Ellena do not know what is happening around them. A
dark mystery is created throughout the novels, using sinister settings and threatening atmospheres. The idea of the sublime is shown through the
descriptions of Ellena and Bella's surroundings. This put together with the strange characters they encounter, the sensibility within those characters all
work together to slowly build their fears and introduces the idea of the paternal protector, Edward and his family for Bella with Vilvaldi and Schedoni...

Just like "Twilight," "The Italian' also communicates the anxieties of women the late 18th to early 20th Century, where middle class women's
homes were becoming uncomfortably like a castle or a prison, with constraints on their education and social developments. This is shown in the
way female characters always end up trapped within gothic text. When Ellena is kidnapped, even though she faints, it is described differently: 'All
consciousness had now forsaken her' (Radcliffe, 61). Also when she is taken to the house of Spalatro, she faints, but the words in the narrative say
that 'horror chilled all her frame, and her senses forsook her' (Radcliffe, 211). Ellena is always thrust back into the middle of peril whenever she
seems to reach safety. Ellena is able to remain pure yet strong despite what happens to her; she keeps the Marchesa cleverly controlling, while fearful
of her husband finding out her plans. This slightly takes away from the stereotypical damsel in distress, making her seem less weaker than usual. She
does not tremble with and fear and does not cry at every misfortune very often but she is also, always, saved and protected creating the role in
simultaneously restricting women and providing them power. The Sublime also contributes to the mystery: obscure sounds, unexplainable events and
dark figures distress and create anxieties within the characters.

Eulogy: A Brief Biography Of Ted Bundy
Ted Bundy was an intelligent man who knew how to take advantage of his victims' vulnerabilities, but just like an addict he became desperate. His
demand to feed his psychotic break encouraged him to abduct women sporadically. He would fake an injury and convince his victims into helping him
to his car. Then when they had their back towards him, he would knock them out. He would restrain them and sexually assault them. After putting them
through misery, he would then strangle his victims to death and enjoy the girls last moments alive. His disposal method included that he hid the corpse
of his victims in locations that he could revisit them if he wanted to. When the bodies became of no use to him, he would mutilate them and bury them

Theme Of Sexism In King Kong

Genre Film Essay
Sexism in King Kong Sexism that occurs in modern cinema today is typically added with intent; done for the purpose of the movie, as if to "set the
time" of the movie. Sexism can make the audience feel quite strange and uneasy about a movie, and can greatly affect how the audience perceives
it. Older genre films that include ideals regarding sexism may not have been done for the purpose of setting the scene of the movie, but rather sexism
was incorporated in the script without a second guess, mostly because of the way society was shaped and normed during that time period. An
example of sexism generated in a film that is derived by the influence of society is in Merian Cooper and Ernest Schoedsack's King Kong (1933); the
basis of the entire movie is off of sexist idealism. In this film, sexism rides with the plot of the story, for the basic final "goal" is men trying to save
the female. There are numerous scenes in the film in which a male character is speaking towards a female in a demeaning tone. Sexism as a general
term is discrimination on the basis of a person's gender. At the beginning of the film, a director,Carl Denham, is on a quest searching for the perfect
actress to star in his documentary. His idea for the documentary is going on an adventure to search for King Kong, and then to capture him on tape.
Denham argues that he absolutely must find a woman specifically to be a part of his film, but only because of her

Essay on Doppelganger and King Kong English Speech
Introduction:
"Good morning/afternoon class and *teacher*, today I will be speaking about how Michael Parker, the author of Doppelganger and Peter Jackson, the
director of the film King Kong, accurately portray the main concept of the Beast Within through the symbolism of masks and the notions of betrayal
and duplicity. I will be talking about Josh and Andrew from Doppelganger,Carl Denham and the people that he manipulated and affected through his
deception, from King Kong and explain their contributions to the main idea of the Beast Within, how they wear a mask and how they portray the
concepts of Duplicity and Betrayal."
Body Paragraph 1: (Doppelganger)

The fact that Josh gave Andrew the QZ45 meant that there is now a whole new series of events that affect the storyline; Andrew ends up killing
'boy' because the QZ45 has a mental and physical effect, where the taker feels 'ready to fight or kill'. In this case, boy makes Andrew angry, by
slashing him with a knife during the chase in the tunnels, and Andrew goes on a crazy rampage and kills boy. Andrew soon becomes very guilty
that he killed boy because he realises that in the normal Sydney 'boy' is a kid named Derek, who dies in a car crash, which makes Andrew logically
believe that if one person is killed in the Dystopic Sydney, this same happening will reflect in a slightly different manner, in the normal Sydney.
Josh also demonstrates the concept of the Beast Within through the plain evil of what he did to Andrew, the evil intentions of Josh were the reason
why he did it, it wasn't to save anyone's life, like Andrew ends up doing later on in the text, but it was all part of Josh's scheme to become the owner
of the metsin factory so that he could become the richest and most famous person in the Dystopic Sydney, he was willing to kill many people to get
his desire and he managed to get a whole gang of 'hallboys' to listen to him and do it.

Character Analysis Of King Kong
King Kong is exciting screenplay that does a great job at demonstrating what the characters are feeling. When the writers wanted to illustrate fear, they
do so by painting an image terror, and makes it relatable. By making a scene relatable, it helps with the understanding of the character's motives, and
gives insight to the kind of person that character is. By having a complex villain such as King Kong, one battles the urge to root for Kong, as well as
wanting him to ceased. While writers do an overall great job with the development of the characters, where they lacks is in love story between Darrow
and Driscoll. By not successfully developing the relationship between Darrow and Driscoll in the beginning, love between the two feels rushed, which
therefore makes it challenging to care about their relationship. Overall King Kong is a well written screenplay, that shows does a great job at showing
what the characters are feeling throughout.
Where the writers of the screenplay succeed is in illustrating the emotion that the character is feeling at that moment. If one does not do this
successfully, it makes it hard to invest in the characters, and understand the situation of the scene. An example of this is when Carl and the ship
crew approach Skull Island. As they are approaching the undiscovered island, the writers describe this thick fog that the characters enter (47). By
doing this, the writers demonstrates imagery to describe the dark and eerie place. As the characters are unable to see through the fog, they start to
become afraid, as they fear of the unknown. An example of this being expressed is when one of the ship crew members Hayes yells "captain, you
don't know where the hell you're going" (49)! Panic and terror possess the characters, and the writers do a great of showing it.
The writers do a great job with the development of King Kong and making him a complex character. At first, King Kong appears to be the
stereotypical monster/villain that only kills and destroys, but later in the story, King Kong shows a different side of him that a character such as
himself usually does not display. A moment where the complexity of King Kong's character is shown is when Ann and Kong have their first real

Serial Killers : Ted Bundy
Ted Bundy
By Kim LaShomb
Criminal Psychology
Theodore Robert Cowell, aka "Ted Bundy" is one of the most well known serial killers in United States history. His reign of terror went on from 1974–
1978 when he was arrested and charged with numerous crimes. These crimes include first degree murder, kidnapping, rape, sodomy, unlawful sex with
corpses, resisting arrest, and the list goes on from there. It was said that he had over 300 victims, but he would confess to only 30 of the homicides that
he committed. Bundy was eventually executed in 1989. Before his death, Ann Rule wrote a biography on him, and described Bundy as "a sadistic
sociopath who took pleasure from another human's pain and the control he had over his victims, to the point of death, and even after" (Rule, 1989).
Bundy described himself as the most cold–hearted son of a b**** you'll ever meet, and his lawyer stated "Ted was the very definition of heartless
evil" (XXXXXXX). Bundy was born to Louise Cowell in the Elizabeth Lund Home for Unwed Mothers in Vermont. He never knew his biological
father, nor had any dealings with him. When Ted and his mother were released from the hospital, she decided to move back home and reside with her
parents. Bundy's grandparents took over much of his care, and became his parental figures, while his mother took a more sisterly role to him. This was
done to protect him from being considered odd, or becoming a social outcast

A Strange Act Of Violence
Although he appeared average and seeming to have the same dreams and aspirations of his peers, Ted's mind was a far darker place than anyone could
have imagined prior to his incarceration and eventual conviction. At age three, Ted demonstrated a strange act of violence to his fifteen–year–old aunt
while she was napping. Lifting her bed sheets, he placed three large kitchen knives beside her. She recalls, "He just stood there and grinned. I shooed
him out of the room and took the implements back down to the kitchen and told my mother about it. I remember thinking at the time that I was the only
one who thought it was strange. Nobody did anything" (Vronsky, 2004: 107).
In addition to his early patterns of violence, there was also a history of mental illness in the family. This can usually mean that family members down
the line are far more likely to exhibit some of these same attributes. More than likely, these mental problems found their way through heredity into
Bundy's personality as well. An example of mental instability within the family can be seen with his grandmother. Late in her life, she expressed
symptoms of psychosis. In order to treat this, she underwent shock therapy. It is likely that the abuse she endured through her marriage and that which
Bundy was exposed to contributed to these problems.
While in college, Bundy recalls having walked past an open window where a young woman was undressing. Taken with this event, he began
deliberately seeking

Why Ted Is Not The Only Place Where Ted
His work was not the only place where Ted was considered unreliable. When Theodore transferred from University of Tacoma to the University of
Washington he met and fell in love with Stephanie Brooks. At first in this relationship all was well, "But Stephanie was pragmatic. It was wonderful to
be in love, to have a college romance, to stroll through the wooded paths of the campus hand–in–hand...but she sensed that Ted was floundering, that he
had no real plans, no real prospects for the future" (Rule, 2000). Much to Ted's dismay, Stephanie soon broke this relationship off. Some claim that
this is one of the many things that helped ease Theodore Bundy over the edge into homicidal rage, and most cite a similar description of Stephanie
Brooks to the majority of his later victims. For quite some time Ted excelled at life, his broken heart over Stephanie and learning the truth of his
parentage seeming to have a reverse effect on him than most people. He studied psychology and received mostly A's through his senior year. After
graduating his psychology program Theodore Bundy eventually applied to and enrolled in Law School in Tacoma, Washington. He strived to win
back the heart of his beloved Stephanie Brooks, all the while carrying on a relationship that had last over four years with a different woman Meg.
Once Theodore was able to win Stephanie's heart, and make her fall in love with him again he crushed her, much in the same way he believed that she

Ann was to the first to turn in Ted's name as a likely suspect after she had seen a sketch and had heard a description of the vehicle that had been

However, even though Ann was the one to turn his name in, she still maintained their friendship and after his trail she still refused to believe it was
actually him who had committed all those crimes. Years throughout his jail time, Rule still kept in contact with him and sent him money, still hoping
that it would all be a big mix–up.
Nearer to the middle of the book, it comes to a point in Bundy's life where it describes his first imprisonment for crimes he had committed in
Colorado and Utah. He managed to break out of prison twice however, the horrific crimes he had committed in Florida such as the murder of 12 year
old Kimberly Leach, would lead to him being executed. Ann's narratives of Bundy's escapes are written in a sinister way which can also come across
as darkly amusing in some parts. Ann retells the scenes like a police report but spices it up in little details from eye witness accounts and the lives of
the victims to create a chilling effect. She goes into effective detail about the Chi Omega Murders, the sexual assault at an apartment nearby on that

Theodore Robert Cowell, also known as Ted Bundy, was a murderer, rapist and necrophilia of many young women between 1974 and 1978. Bundy
murdered young women all over the United States, including Washington, Utah, Oregon, Colorado and Florida. He was a suspect in over thirty–six

several murders.
The murders
On the morning of January 4, 1974, Bundy entered the home of an 18–year–old female University of Washington student, Joni Lenz. Bundy used a

Police from the area now had a description of Bundy and his vehicle. His description and sketch were plastered on the news and in newspapers around
the area. The police received calls from his ex–coworker Ann Rule, his girlfriend, and a UW professor claiming that Bundy could be the suspect.
However, the police didn't accept that Bundy could be the suspect given the fact that he was a "clean cut law student". (2015,
www.clarkprosecutor.org). In September of 1974, the two victims' remains were discovered off of the interstate near Issaquah.
Over the next four years, Bundy continued on this murder spree, targeting young women who had dark shoulder length (or longer) hair, parted in the
middle. "They all resembled Stephanie, the love of his life that he could never have". (2015, www.twistedminds.com). While he attended law school, he
would kill more women in Colorado and Utah.
In Murray, Utah, on 8 November 1974, Bundy posed as Officer Rosewood of the Murray Police Department. He approached a woman named Carol

over the four years that he was in the London Hospital. He got a lot of care from the staff and nurses. He spent much of his time in the living

Ted Bundy: An American Serial Killer
Ted Bundy was an American serial killer who raped and killed many women in the late 20th century (Schlesinger 1). Although Bundy was a
cold–hearted killer, his physical appearance did not portray his true colors (1). Ted Bundy illustrates narcissistic personality disorder because he
murdered numerous women. Bundy was born on November 24th, 1946 (Lawson 1). His birth name was Theodore Robert Cowell (Robert 2). His
mother, Eleanor, later married Johnnie Bundy: therefore, Ted took his stepfather's last name (Lawson 1). Eleanor's father was speculated to be Ted's
father as well (1). Bundy was convicted of many felonies (Robert 2). He was convicted of burglary, murder, attempted murder, and aggravated
kidnapping (2). "Authorities believe that Bundy kidnapped, raped, and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Mountain in Washington: April 23, 1975, Cooley is found dead twenty miles from Nederland: April 1st, 1975, Debbie Smith's body is found at Salt

Bundy felt no remorse whatsoever about killing all those innocent women. As Bundy had once said to his biographers, "What's one less person on the
face of the earth anyway?" (Wilson 1). His nonchalant attitude towards the lives of others illustrates NPD. By leaving his victimВґs bodies wherever he
pleased, he disrespected the dead.
After all of his crucial crimes, he was finally arrested and took into custody on February 15, 1978 (Lawson 2). He was then sentenced to death for his
numerous murders (2). His final death warrant was issued on January 17, 1989 (2). Ted Bundy died on January 24th, 1989 at the Florida State Prison

Movie Review : ' The Joker '
Remember the days where Batman flew over Gotham City, defeating the Joker once and for all? Or maybe when Spider–Man stuck on the walls of
buildings to defeat Sand Man? All of these villains have been safely locked away for many years... all but one.
One Tuesday morning Kyle was just about to sit on the couch and remembered he needed his bag of chips. He took his walker and trudged it over to
the pantry.
Just then, his friend Thomas jumped in from a nearby window and says to him, "Dude you seriously need to get out, man. Being a retired superhero
doesn 't mean you lay around like an old bum all the time." Kyle playfully slaps him.
Thomas tells Kyle, "Come on, I have got to show you this new place." He doesn 't realize he is being ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
INSIDE! Black Falcon realizes he needs to save the person before the Villain drops the car. Black Falcon mumbled to himself, "Here goes nothing."
He opened his mechanical wings and flew. Flew! He was scared of heights but he had to save that person.
The Villain took set his powerful mind to work and tried to slam a car against the Superhero to get him away. That didn 't work for the Black Falcon
because he dodged and immediately froze. The person in the car was actually the woman that trained him: Ella.
She was screaming and banging on the window with the most frightening look on her face. Just before the Villain could drop the car, he swooped
down and quickly picked up the car with all the strength he had and put it safely on the ground.
Ella jumped out of the car and gave Black Falcon a quick hug and whispered, "Thank you." Black Falcon lightly shoved her towards the back of an
abandoned truck.
The Villain could not take it anymore. "I know all about you, more than you think I do." He mumbled and summoned all of his little minions. This
time, it was Villain who shouted out "HEY!"
And then Black Falcon turned around and added before he made his first move, "Did you know I almost mistook you for a brother? You know, looks
and all." He gestured with his hands and grinned. Then he heard a scream. He turned towards the sound and found out that a werewolf had kidnapped
Ella.
The Villain chuckled deeply. "Don 't worry,

Insightful Analysis of Coulter's "Godless

  • 1. Informative Essay On Forensic Science A wooded area, a small town just north of Sacramento. Two preteen girls. Two bodies. Two close range bullet holes in their heads. On November 12, 1973, the bodies of two missing girls were found in Yuba County, CA. Over 60 people were actively investigated for the murder –rape until 1976. Then it went cold. Forty–one years later, investigators had two suspects (Thompson). After so many years, the key to finally deducing the crime lay in what the two men left behind, DNA. In a world of flawed justice systems and abundant lies, the truth can only come out in fact; the facts of science's introduction to the criminal justice system, known as forensic science. Forensics have been steadily growing in popularity, credibility, and ease in the past... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Cases that formerly did not have enough circumstantial evidence, nor any "useful" evidence at all that were actively investigated until no more leads were available, that have gone cold are now resurfacing with the DNA forensics systems in place. Now the combination of careful preservation, meticulously maintained notes, and a drive to protect the truth are coming into play for cold cases to finally be resolved. Such is the case with the 1973 California murders (Thompson). It was the drive for finality that eventually caught, arrested, and convicted two men who did horrendous things to two young girls. The families, despite the years, craved an end to the nightmare and justice for the little girls that they had lost. Investigators were only able to reopen the case because they had a new arsenal of tools to help them expand upon the evidence that was present at the scene: the men's DNA from the rape kits. Cross examining those DNA samples with that in a database brought upon the discovery of the two men, who now lived states away from the scene of the crime, and both of whom had been convicted of other charges. "Victory cases" such as these are common now to see and hear about, with nearly every month finding that there is another case that could finally be resolved, that could finally unveil the truth, and none done so ... • 2. Serial Killer: Theodore Robert Bundy Essay Theodore Bundy was an infamous American serial killer who preyed upon numerous young women during the 1970s and possibly earlier. He was associated with at least 30 counts of homicide and suspected of an estimated one hundred or more. Beyond homicide, he also made it apparent that he was capable of other sinister crimes such as rape, kidnapping, and necrophilia. His most frequent method of killing was an attack with a blunt weapon to the head. However, he did not merely kill his victims; evidence concludes that each were also sexually assaulted and sodomized. It is reported that he even revisited his crime scenes to further engage in sexual acts with the decomposing corpses. Moreover, at least 12 of his victims had been decapitated .... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Shortly after, Johnny formally adopted her son which led to the acquisition of his now notorious last name: Bundy. His mother and stepfather eventually had 4 children together, presenting Bundy with an opportunity to experience a normal childhood. However, this did not come to fruition. Despite Johnny's attempts to bond with Ted, such as camping trips, Ted was emotionally detached from him. He exhibited extreme shyness, preferring to spend most of his time alone. He was uncomfortable and self–doubting in social situations. This likely led to his social awkwardness, which in turn led to Ted being frequently teased and bullied. However, while he somewhat failed socially, he excelled academically, managing to maintain a high GPA. In his high school years, Ted became more socially aware and comfortable, and as a result his popularity grew. It was said he was "well dressed and exceptionally well mannered." Yet, he seldom dated; he was more interested in extra–curricular activities, particularly politics. Ted Bundy attended college at the University of Puget Sound and the University of Washington. During this time, he took on various low–level jobs, such as being a busboy and a shoe clerk. Generally, he did not stay in one position for very long, which caused employers to view him as unreliable. He was always very focused on his studies and grades. In spring of 1967, he entered a life–changing relationship with his "dream woman," a classmate of his at the University of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 5. The Church Of Liberalism By Ann Coulter Brittany Zeock James Holland & Michael Martin Government & Politics in the US 4/30/15 Ramblings of the Ill–informed In Godless: The Church of Liberalism, published by Three Rivers Press in 2007, author Ann Coulter argues that liberalism has become a religion despite liberals rejecting god and religion. On the first page Coulter writes, "Of course liberalism is a religion. It has its own cosmology, its own miracles . . . its own churches, its own high priests, its own saints, its own total worldview, and its own explanation of the existence of the universe. In other words, liberalism contains all the attributes of what is generally known as a religion." Coulter attempts to draw many parallels between liberals and religious people in the beginning of the book. Coulter then gets into the ideologies that the "liberal religion" possesses in the chapters to follow. This includes Coulter's assertion that liberals love violent criminals, but hate fetuses because all liberals oppose the death penalty and support abortions. Coulter's overgeneralizations continue when she rants and yells about the liberal media's adoration for educators and how teachers are the saints for leftists and schools are like churches of socialism. • 10. Paranormal Sentimental Fiction In Horace Walpole's The... This section will investigate the history and advancement behind paranormal sentimental fiction. Paranormal sentimental fiction had its beginnings in the eighteenth century. An early noticeable novel in this class was The Castle of Otranto composed by Horace Walpole. Walpole began an artistic development somewhere down in riddle that increased quick drama and various imitators. He is by and by for the most part associated with Strawberry Hill, the home he worked in Twickenham, South–West London where he resuscitated the Gothic type a few decades before his Victorian successors, and for his Gothic novel, The Castle of Otranto. The novel distributed in 1764 is regularly thought as the primary gothic novel, beginning an artistic kind which would turn out to be exceptionally mainstream in the later eighteenth century and mid nineteenth century. In this manner, Walpole, by augmentation, is apparently the antecedent to such creators as Charles Maturin, Ann Radcliffe, Bram Stoker, Edgar Allan Poe and Daphne du Maurier. In the introduction of the second release, Walpole makes a heuristic for perusing the novel which without a doubt changes the way perusers are to see the novel until its end. He claims to blend the new and old types of sentiment. The "old" sentiment is what is presently considered pre–novel exposition – a principle component of such writing is their incredible style. There is enchantment, the otherworldly is bottomless and they are absolutely mind boggling. The type of the "new" sentiment is the thing that the books of the eighteenth century, when Walpole was composing, would ordinarily have resembled. These books were reasonable; they were made to portray occasions and individuals as they truly were. Walpole at that point, by attempting to blend these two classes, makes something new– something genuinely 'novel'. He makes fabulous situations like protective caps tumbling from the sky, strolling pictures, and so on and puts as far as anyone knows genuine individuals into these situations and lets them to act in a "genuine" way. In doing as such, he viably enables fiction to develop in ways that it would some way or another have not possessed the capacity to. Walpole presents many set–pieces that ... • 11. Boundaries, Symmetry and Continuity in Radcliffe's The... Below is a passage from I.2 of Radcliffe's The Mysteries of Udolpho concerning the concept of "precepts" in relation to the characters of St. Aubert and his daughter Emily: I have attempted to teach you from your earliest youth, the duty of self– command [...] not only as it preserves us from the various and dangerous temptations that call us from rectitude and virtue, but as it limits the indulgences which are termed virtuous, yet which, extended beyond a certain boundary are vicious...All excess is vicious; even that sorrow, which is amiable in its origin, becomes a selfish and unjust passion, if indulged at the expense of our duties. [...] The indulgence of excessive grief enervates the mind, and almost incapacitates it for again... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This logic of symmetry and deformity is located in the depiction of Nature–a landscaped variety–and the characters' relationships to their natural environment. The environs of La VallГ©e are characterized by the qualities of the picturesque landscape, and every angle of the house looks out on some prospect (2–4). In this landscape there is natural symmetry–the improvements that St. Aubert makes to the ground around the chateau are few and conform to a taste "for the beautiful" (6) that is formed by nature rather than learned (see how St. Aubert conceives of Valancourt [35]). During the tour through the Pyrenees, many "prospects" are remarked upon, but so too is the absence of a prospect (28–29). Prospects are what make a landscape–it is from a view large enough to incorporate diverse elements of a scene and a variety of distances that a landscape (comprised of foreground, middle ground, and a background) emerges. The idea of prospect is involved with the concept of perspective, and perspective (as it relates to the way one interacts with anything) brings us back to the ideas of taste and precept. But taste, precept, and prospect are in turn all linked to a consciousness of past, present, and future. Thus St. Aubert, when making "improvements" in his estate or in his daughter is always referencing them to his past experiences at La Vallee (2, 4), or to his hopes and fears for ... A Child 's Life Under Traditional Circumstances From birth to age 6/7, studies have shown, the most important adult figure in a child 's life under traditional circumstances is the mother, and it is this period that the child learns what love is. Like "The Italian" by Ann Radcliffe there is a sense of anxiety from the monstrous power of unreality, and the characters of both Bella and Ellena do not know what is happening around them. A dark mystery is created throughout the novels, using sinister settings and threatening atmospheres. The idea of the sublime is shown through the descriptions of Ellena and Bella's surroundings. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Just like "Twilight," "The Italian' also communicates the anxieties of women the late 18th to early 20th Century, where middle class women's homes were becoming uncomfortably like a castle or a prison, with constraints on their education and social developments. This is shown in the way female characters always end up trapped within gothic text. When Ellena is kidnapped, even though she faints, it is described differently: 'All consciousness had now forsaken her' (Radcliffe, 61). Also when she is taken to the house of Spalatro, she faints, but the words in the narrative say that 'horror chilled all her frame, and her senses forsook her' (Radcliffe, 211). Ellena is always thrust back into the middle of peril whenever she seems to reach safety. Ellena is able to remain pure yet strong despite what happens to her; she keeps the Marchesa cleverly controlling, while fearful of her husband finding out her plans. • 24. Theme Of Sexism In King Kong Henna Maiwand FTVE 205 Loden Genre Film Essay Sexism in King Kong Sexism that occurs in modern cinema today is typically added with intent; done for the purpose of the movie, as if to "set the time" of the movie. Sexism can make the audience feel quite strange and uneasy about a movie, and can greatly affect how the audience perceives it. Older genre films that include ideals regarding sexism may not have been done for the purpose of setting the scene of the movie, but rather sexism was incorporated in the script without a second guess, mostly because of the way society was shaped and normed during that time period. An example of sexism generated in a film that is derived by the influence of society is in Merian Cooper and Ernest Schoedsack's King Kong (1933); the basis of the entire movie is off of sexist idealism. In this film, sexism rides with the plot of the story, for the basic final "goal" is men trying to save the female. There are numerous scenes in the film in which a male character is speaking towards a female in a demeaning tone. Sexism as a general term is discrimination on the basis of a person's gender. At the beginning of the film, a director,Carl Denham, is on a quest searching for the perfect actress to star in his documentary. To avoid the social stigma that would accompany such a scandal, Bundy's grandparents claimed him as their own (Murderpedia, n.d.,para. 4). Even Bundy was raised to believe that his grandparents were his birth parents and his mother was his older sister (Biography, n.d., para. 1). Despite this deception, Bundy stated in an interview that he grew up in a wonderful home with two dedicated and loving parents (Fatal Addiction, n.d., para. 4). • 26. Essay on Doppelganger and King Kong English Speech Introduction: "Good morning/afternoon class and *teacher*, today I will be speaking about how Michael Parker, the author of Doppelganger and Peter Jackson, the director of the film King Kong, accurately portray the main concept of the Beast Within through the symbolism of masks and the notions of betrayal and duplicity. I will be talking about Josh and Andrew from Doppelganger,Carl Denham and the people that he manipulated and affected through his deception, from King Kong and explain their contributions to the main idea of the Beast Within, how they wear a mask and how they portray the concepts of Duplicity and Betrayal." The fact that Josh gave Andrew the QZ45 meant that there is now a whole new series of events that affect the storyline; Andrew ends up killing 'boy' because the QZ45 has a mental and physical effect, where the taker feels 'ready to fight or kill'. In this case, boy makes Andrew angry, by slashing him with a knife during the chase in the tunnels, and Andrew goes on a crazy rampage and kills boy. Andrew soon becomes very guilty that he killed boy because he realises that in the normal Sydney 'boy' is a kid named Derek, who dies in a car crash, which makes Andrew logically believe that if one person is killed in the Dystopic Sydney, this same happening will reflect in a slightly different manner, in the normal Sydney. Josh also demonstrates the concept of the Beast Within through the plain evil of what he did to Andrew, the evil intentions of Josh were the reason why he did it, it wasn't to save anyone's life, like Andrew ends up doing later on in the text, but it was all part of Josh's scheme to become the owner of the metsin factory so that he could become the richest and most famous person in the Dystopic Sydney, he was willing to kill many people to get his desire and he managed to get a whole gang of 'hallboys' to listen to him and do it. • 27. Character Analysis Of King Kong King Kong is exciting screenplay that does a great job at demonstrating what the characters are feeling. When the writers wanted to illustrate fear, they do so by painting an image terror, and makes it relatable. By making a scene relatable, it helps with the understanding of the character's motives, and gives insight to the kind of person that character is. By having a complex villain such as King Kong, one battles the urge to root for Kong, as well as wanting him to ceased. While writers do an overall great job with the development of the characters, where they lacks is in love story between Darrow and Driscoll. By not successfully developing the relationship between Darrow and Driscoll in the beginning, love between the two feels rushed, which therefore makes it challenging to care about their relationship. Overall King Kong is a well written screenplay, that shows does a great job at showing what the characters are feeling throughout. Where the writers of the screenplay succeed is in illustrating the emotion that the character is feeling at that moment. If one does not do this successfully, it makes it hard to invest in the characters, and understand the situation of the scene. An example of this is when Carl and the ship crew approach Skull Island. As they are approaching the undiscovered island, the writers describe this thick fog that the characters enter (47). By doing this, the writers demonstrates imagery to describe the dark and eerie place. As the characters are unable to see through the fog, they start to become afraid, as they fear of the unknown. An example of this being expressed is when one of the ship crew members Hayes yells "captain, you don't know where the hell you're going" (49)! Panic and terror possess the characters, and the writers do a great of showing it. The writers do a great job with the development of King Kong and making him a complex character. At first, King Kong appears to be the stereotypical monster/villain that only kills and destroys, but later in the story, King Kong shows a different side of him that a character such as himself usually does not display. A moment where the complexity of King Kong's character is shown is when Ann and Kong have their first real ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 28. Serial Killers : Ted Bundy Ted Bundy By Kim LaShomb Criminal Psychology Theodore Robert Cowell, aka "Ted Bundy" is one of the most well known serial killers in United States history. His reign of terror went on from 1974– 1978 when he was arrested and charged with numerous crimes. These crimes include first degree murder, kidnapping, rape, sodomy, unlawful sex with corpses, resisting arrest, and the list goes on from there. It was said that he had over 300 victims, but he would confess to only 30 of the homicides that he committed. Bundy was eventually executed in 1989. Before his death, Ann Rule wrote a biography on him, and described Bundy as "a sadistic sociopath who took pleasure from another human's pain and the control he had over his victims, to the point of death, and even after" (Rule, 1989). Bundy described himself as the most cold–hearted son of a b**** you'll ever meet, and his lawyer stated "Ted was the very definition of heartless evil" (XXXXXXX). Bundy was born to Louise Cowell in the Elizabeth Lund Home for Unwed Mothers in Vermont. He never knew his biological father, nor had any dealings with him. When Ted and his mother were released from the hospital, she decided to move back home and reside with her parents. Bundy's grandparents took over much of his care, and became his parental figures, while his mother took a more sisterly role to him. This was done to protect him from being considered odd, or becoming a social outcast ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 29. A Strange Act Of Violence Although he appeared average and seeming to have the same dreams and aspirations of his peers, Ted's mind was a far darker place than anyone could have imagined prior to his incarceration and eventual conviction. At age three, Ted demonstrated a strange act of violence to his fifteen–year–old aunt while she was napping. Lifting her bed sheets, he placed three large kitchen knives beside her. She recalls, "He just stood there and grinned. I shooed him out of the room and took the implements back down to the kitchen and told my mother about it. I remember thinking at the time that I was the only one who thought it was strange. Nobody did anything" (Vronsky, 2004: 107). In addition to his early patterns of violence, there was also a history of mental illness in the family. This can usually mean that family members down the line are far more likely to exhibit some of these same attributes. More than likely, these mental problems found their way through heredity into Bundy's personality as well. An example of mental instability within the family can be seen with his grandmother. Late in her life, she expressed symptoms of psychosis. In order to treat this, she underwent shock therapy. It is likely that the abuse she endured through her marriage and that which Bundy was exposed to contributed to these problems. While in college, Bundy recalls having walked past an open window where a young woman was undressing. Taken with this event, he began deliberately seeking ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 32. Why Ted Is Not The Only Place Where Ted His work was not the only place where Ted was considered unreliable. When Theodore transferred from University of Tacoma to the University of Washington he met and fell in love with Stephanie Brooks. At first in this relationship all was well, "But Stephanie was pragmatic. It was wonderful to be in love, to have a college romance, to stroll through the wooded paths of the campus hand–in–hand...but she sensed that Ted was floundering, that he had no real plans, no real prospects for the future" (Rule, 2000). Much to Ted's dismay, Stephanie soon broke this relationship off. Some claim that this is one of the many things that helped ease Theodore Bundy over the edge into homicidal rage, and most cite a similar description of Stephanie Brooks to the majority of his later victims. For quite some time Ted excelled at life, his broken heart over Stephanie and learning the truth of his parentage seeming to have a reverse effect on him than most people. He studied psychology and received mostly A's through his senior year. After graduating his psychology program Theodore Bundy eventually applied to and enrolled in Law School in Tacoma, Washington. He strived to win back the heart of his beloved Stephanie Brooks, all the while carrying on a relationship that had last over four years with a different woman Meg.
