Infected mushroom i'm the supervisor album cover analysis
1. This album cover shows a demonic figure holding a sphere. The figure
could be 'the supervisor'. This sphere could represent the Earth and the
overall image could represent the demise of our planet. This idea is backed
up by some of the tracks on the album, such as Cities Of The Future,
which could be interpreted in an apocalyptic kind of way.
The figure appears to be looking at the viewer, making a connection with
you and making you feel included in the music.
The colours are dark and the background is black, showing the dark and
ominous nature of the music on this album.
This album is different to previous infected mushroom album covers in
that it is much more dark. On the cover of their first album, there are lots
of bright colours and cartoons, these cartoons are still slightly disturbing
looking.
As the albums progress, they become increasingly less colourful. This
could symbolise how the band are producing more and more murky and
obscure music...
The text is done in a handwritten font, this could be to make more of a
connection with the viewer as it looks more personal than most font types.
