2. ‘The tunnel’
POSSIBLE PROBLEMS:
This location is a walkway under a busy motorway. This means that it is going to be
extremely noisy and in some ways hard to film.
Also, the walkway is not a private place so it will be regularly used by public people. I
don’t want public people in the video so it will be hard to film without having someone
walking around in the background.
The walkway is only in full affect with the lights on at night time so I will have to pick my
times to film if I want the right affect in the video.
HOW TO OVERCOME ISSUES:
When filming I will use a loud speaker so that the
artist/actor can hear clearly even though the sound of
cars is really loud. Also, I will edit out any unneeded
sound.
When filming I am going to have to do it at times when
the tunnel isn’t busy. This means that filming late at
night or early in the morning will be the best thing to do.
I noticed that around 9 o’clock at night the tunnel is
fairly empty.
3. ‘The ROOFTOP’
POSSIBLE PROBLEMS:
This location has no real shelter which means it will be very difficult if it rains while
we are trying to film.
Also, the rooftop is not a private place so other people could be there however it
is very unlikely for this to happen, but it could.
The location has no real lighting except sunlight which is very limited especially in
the winter.
HOW TO OVERCOME ISSUES:
When filming we will have to check the weather and
plan when the best times are to go out and film. If it
does rain we will have to reschedule and film another
day.
We are going to try and get a source of lighting from
school. We will have to book and use these items
carefully.
