ISFM worked with Cricket Australia and New Zealand Cricket to manage the development and submission of a bid to host the 2011 Cricket World Cup. ISFM's role was to coordinate the collection of data from both countries and produce the final bid document within 4 weeks. The bid document, titled "Beyond Boundaries", provided details on event structure, budgets, guarantees, commercial rights, disaster management and more. Through project management and feasibility analysis, ISFM helped deliver a proposal that met the requirements and positioned Australia and New Zealand as potential hosts of the 2011 Cricket World Cup.

Project Description
ISFM worked together with Cricket Australia and New
Zealand Cricket to project manage the development of a
bid document submitted to the International Cricket
Council to secure the rights to hold the Cricket World Cup
in 2011.
ISFM’s role was to coordinate the collection of data from
both Australia and New Zealand and to finalise the pro-
duction of the bid document. The entire bid process,
including Government guarantees, was completed in four
(4) weeks.
The bid document, titled Beyond Boundaries, provided a
detailed response to the International Cricket Council’s
(ICC) expression of interest including, but not limited to:
