2. Within my magazine I have included a large sans serif masthead, before choosing
what font I was going to used I created a facebook group so that people could
give me there views and whether they thought it would work within my magazine.
For example you can see that in the top right hand corner there is a type of text,
below that there are comment of what people though of it and whether It would be
suitable for my chosen target audience.
3. Gathering feedback for peers.
I have spoken to one of my closet friend about my magazine and she gave me feedback
of alteration which I could make to the product to make it better and other elements
which I could use.
As you can see from the text above the use of bold lettering with a sans serif type font
may attract the male attention, this title also catches the viewers eye. Also she said what
improvement which could be made, using a picture as the background, I took this into
account and introduced it into my final outcome.
4. Within my magazine I use a back bold masthead as I tried to make it very eye
catching and in your face to the reader, I feel that this was very successful
as Angela stated that the title catches your eye and the text "Dani Giblin's
new pop album since 2005" draws the audience in.
I really wanted to make the pages of my magazine compacted and wanted
to bring a lot of elements into it, I used a range of picture within my
magazine such as someone playing the drums and the guitar. Angela made
this very clear that she thought that the use of picture were very effective
and found it quit realistic to a professional magazine (BillBoard).
