2. I feel that my overall designs have improved because I have looked at many
examples of magazines and I have used different elements on my magazine.
For example I have used straplines and a large masthead which wasn’t present
on the preliminary task.
The images that I used were a lot clearer and my camera work had improved
which made my music magazine look more developed than the preliminary
task.
I have changed the design of the music magazine based on the target audience
and have made sure that it is aimed specifically at them. This was not used in
the preliminary task and it was not clear who the target audience was.

3. PRELIMINARY TASK
This is my preliminary task. I had used Adobe
Photoshop to create it. The magazine looks basic
because I hadn’t added many features to it. It does
not have a masthead or any other professional
features that a magazine should have.
The image on the front of the magazine is also a
poor image, as readers cannot see the persons face.
4. MUSIC MAGAZINE
This is the final music magazine. I used Adobe
Photoshop to create this magazine. This
magazine looks more professional than the
preliminary task.
This is because I used more professional features.
Some professional features that I have used are
the issue number, month, barcode and a strapline.
