1. Idea 2
1. A workingtitle
‘Believe!’
I chose thisname because it’sa one wordbrief descriptionof the narrative. The filmisabout
believinginyourself,andknowingyoucanaccomplishgreatthingsif youbelieve.Sothistitle
fitsreallywell withthe storylineinthe sense the filmsabout self-belief.
2. Lengthof film
Thisfilmwill probablybe 4-5minutes.
I thinkthisfilmwill be reallyshortas it’sgoingto have lotsof quickshotsthat will lastabout
20 secondseachso the overall filmwillendupshortbuteffective.Idon’tthinkthe film
needstobe any longeras the message will be easytopickupand not needalongfilmto get
the message across.
3. Logline
‘Yourself isyourbiggestenemy’
I’ve chosenthislogline because yourinnervoice andsub-consciousisperceivedasyour
worstenemyinthe fact it’sthe thingthat stopsyou fromdoing/completingthings,asit
makesyouself-consciousorscaredwhatotherpeople mightthinkorputunrealistic

6. Target audience
For thisshortfilmmytarget audience willbe teenswhoare
completingexamsorare goingthrougha thoughtime where theylack
self-belief. I’maimingtotargetmyfilmat anyclass as all people need
encouragementatsome pointintheirlife.I’mhopingthe filmwill
appeal toboth gendersandall culturesandethnicitiesof thisage
bracket. The main classon the NRSscale I’m hopingtoattract withmy
filminC-E.I want these casestoengage withthe filmbecause as
they’re atthe lowerendof the spectrumIfeel like theycanbe pushed
aside as theydon’thave muchmoneyandare limitedtothe resources
theycan have.
3. 7. Form andstyle
WhenshootingthisshortfilmI’mplanningon
havingthe lightingnatural asif it wasthe

goingto make the lightingall darkanddull as if
