Current Bit2win Management Team and GELLIFY
Accenture has completed the sale of its majority stake in the Bit2win business to the current Bit2win management team and GELLIFY
Digital Investment S.r.l. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on September 3, 2020, were not disclosed. Bit2win, a
software-as-a-service solution for order management and sales maximization built on Salesforce, came to Accenture in 2016 as part of
its acquisition of New Energy Group. The Bit2win business’ senior management team and approximately 25 personnel from Accenture
have transferred to the new company, of which Accenture has retained a minority stake. Accenture is a leading global professional
services company, providing a broad range of services in strategy and consulting, interactive, technology and operations, with digital

Accenture Increases Cloud First Capabilities in Australia and New Zealand With Acquisition of
SAP Specialist Provider Zag
Accenture has acquired New Zealand-based SAP and cloud solutions technology firm
Zag. The acquisition will bolster Accenture’s New Zealand and Australian digital
transformation capabilities to meet increased demand from organisations migrating to
the cloud and SAP’s next generation products. Zag has offices in Auckland, Wellington,
Sydney and Melbourne with a team of over 200 professionals. The company is a leading
SAP specialist provider that offers services including consulting, development, support,
testing and cloud migration. Clients include the New Zealand farmer owned cooperative
Ballance and Australian energy provider Hydro Tasmania. Accenture recently
announced the formation of Accenture Cloud First with a $USD3 billion investment over
three years to help clients across all industries rapidly become “cloud first” businesses
and accelerate their digital transformation to realise greater value at speed and scale.
Accenture’s acquisition of Zag follows other investments across Australia and New
Zealand in the past 18 months, including data analytics and supply chain management
company Icon Integration in February 2020; business strategy and econometrics firm
AlphaBeta in February 2020; specialist government consultancy Apis Group in
December 2019; big data and analytics company Analytics8 in August 2019; and
cybersecurity and technology company BCT Solutions in June 2019.

Accenture to Acquire Myrtle Consulting Group to Expand Implementation of New Digital
Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain Models for Clients
Accenture has agreed to acquire Myrtle Consulting Group (“Myrtle”), an
industrial operations consulting firm headquartered in Houston. Myrtle
partners with leading companies across consumer products, life sciences,
chemicals, mining and other heavy manufacturing industries to produce and
distribute goods in a safer, more efficient and sustainable way. The acquisition
will expand Accenture’s manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.
Specifically, it will strengthen Accenture’s ability to transform these areas for
clients from initial value assessments and operating model strategies to new
business processes and technology solutions. Myrtle’s team will join
Accenture Industry X, which helps clients improve how they operate factories
and plants.

Accenture to Acquire Avenai, Ottawa-based Business and Technology Consultancy
Accenture has agreed to acquire Avenai, an Ottawa-based provider of
consulting and technology services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
With Avenai’s significant focus on the public sector market, the acquisition
will enhance Accenture’s capacity to drive the technology transformation
taking place across the public sector in Canada. Since its establishment in
2012, Avenai has built a strong reputation with government and commercial
clients in the Ottawa and Toronto regions, growing from four to more than
70 employees. Avenai supports key aspects of business change, including
strategy development, process improvement, IT-enabled business
transformation, and organization culture transformation.

Accenture Completes Acquisition of B2B Sales Firm N3
Accenture has completed its acquisition of N3, an Atlanta-based
business-to-business (B2B) sales firm that combines specialized talent with
artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities to enable
smarter, more efficient sales interactions. Now part of Accenture
Operations, N3’s approximately 2,200 employees have specialized skills
across complex areas like cloud, platforms and 5G networks. The
combination of N3’s cloud-based AI/ML technology with Accenture’s
SynOps platform will give Accenture the ability to aggregate millions of
interaction points into actionable insights to help clients drive sales growth.
Founded in 2004, N3 serves many of the world’s leading brands, including
Cisco, Microsoft and SAP. The company has locations across five
continents, including in Brazil, Costa Rica, India, Ireland, Germany, Japan,
Singapore, Spain, the U.K. and the U.S.

Accenture Acquires Cloud-Native Provider Enimbos, Bolstering Cloud-First Capabilities in
Spain and Portugal
Accenture has acquired Enimbos, a Madrid-based provider of cloud migration and
related services, enhancing its Amazon Web Services (AWS) capabilities,
multi-cloud strategy and cloud migration services in Spain and Portugal. The
acquisition follows Accenture’s recent announcement of a US$3 billion investment
to help clients rapidly become “cloud-first” businesses and accelerate their digital
transformations. Enimbos is an AWS Premier Consulting Partner with more than 130
AWS certifications and has strong relationships with other cloud providers, bringing
a total of more than 260 cloud-related certifications. In addition to cloud migration
services, Enimbos also provides cloud modernization services, standardized
multi-cloud managed services, and cloud governance and optimization. Enimbos is
headquartered in Madrid, with additional offices in Cáceres, Mérida and Barcelona
in Spain, and in Aveiro and Lisbon in Portugal.

Accenture Announces Intent to Acquire OpusLine and Create a Dedicated Health Practice in France
Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire Paris-based OpusLine, one of
the leading consulting companies that provides strategic advisory and
transformational services to public- and private-sector healthcare providers as
well as life sciences and insurance companies in France. Following the
acquisition of OpusLine, Accenture would be better positioned to provide health
industry clients with the latest innovations in areas such as data analytics and
artificial intelligence (AI) and support the health ecosystem with highly
differentiated services. Founded in 2012, OpusLine is one of France’s largest
independent health consulting companies, employing more than 85 consultants.
Following the acquisition, OpusLine’s employees would join the newly created
Health practice of Accenture Strategy & Consulting and enhance its ability to help
clients innovate and deliver digital innovation across their organizations.

a global Decarbonization Excellence Center with comprehensive delivery

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, announces its revenue for the
third quarter of 2020
• Revenue in the third quarter of 2020 reached € 2,644 million, down -3.5% organically compared to Q3
2019 and -2.5% at constant currency.
• Manufacturing reported a revenue of € 469 million, representing a decrease by -12.8% organically
compared to Q3 2019. The Industry was significantly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, with volume
reductions from Aerospace clients, both in Southern Europe and Central Europe, and in the Automotive
sector in Southern Europe, North America and Central Europe. The Industry also faced base effects on
contracts ended in 2019 in Northern Europe.
• Financial Services & Insurance revenue was € 506 million in the third quarter 2020. The Industry was
down by -2.6% organically compared to Q3 2019. The performance recorded in Southern Europe and to a

• Resources & Services revenue in the third quarter 2020 reached € 376 million, decreasing by -16.3%

Terms of the transaction, which was announced on September 3, 2020, were not disclosed. Bit2win, a software-as-a-service solution for order management and sales maximization built on Salesforce, came to Accenture in 2016 as part of its acquisition of New Energy Group. The acquisition will bolster Accenture’s New Zealand and Australian digital transformation capabilities to meet increased demand from organisations migrating to the cloud and SAP’s next generation products. Zag has offices in Auckland, Wellington, Sydney and Melbourne with a team of over 200 professionals. The company is a leading SAP specialist provider that offers services including consulting, development, support, testing and cloud migration. Clients include the New Zealand farmer owned cooperative Ballance and Australian energy provider Hydro Tasmania. Accenture recently announced the formation of Accenture Cloud First with a $USD3 billion investment over three years to help clients across all industries rapidly become “cloud first” businesses and accelerate their digital transformation to realise greater value at speed and scale. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Avenai’s significant focus on the public sector market, the acquisition will enhance Accenture’s capacity to drive the technology transformation taking place across the public sector in Canada. Since its establishment in 2012, Avenai has built a strong reputation with government and commercial clients in the Ottawa and Toronto regions, growing from four to more than 70 employees. Avenai supports key aspects of business change, including strategy development, process improvement, IT-enabled business transformation, and organization culture transformation. The Industry also faced base effects on contracts ended in 2019 in Northern Europe. • Financial Services & Insurance revenue was € 506 million in the third quarter 2020.
