The Wall Street Journal has included GENM on its ranking of ‘The 100 Most Sustainably Managed Companies in the
World’. GENM is placed 14th in the overall list and 6th in the environment category. The Journal’s list took an expansive
view of sustainability, the company’s performance and assessed whether a company’s leadership and governance practices
create value for shareholders. The list was published after evaluating more than 5,500 publicly traded companies around
the world based on sustainability metrics.

Condé Nast Traveler announced the results of its 33rd annual Readers’ Choice Awards, recognizing 14 unique properties within Hilton’s luxury
portfolio. Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts earned 11 property awards and Conrad Hotels & Resorts earned three property awards for best-in-class
hotels around the globe. The Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards are the longest-running and most prestigious recognition of excellence
in the travel industry. More than 715,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers submitted an incredible number of responses rating their travel experiences
across the globe. Of the 14 Hilton luxury properties recognized, six were ranked in the top five, and eight properties were ranked in the top 10 in
each of their respective categories. Two properties secured the coveted number one ranking with The Roosevelt New Orleans, a Waldorf Astoria
Hotel ranking as the top hotel in New Orleans and Waldorf Astoria Beijing coming in as the first choice among all hotels in China.Hilton’s luxury
category, which includes Waldorf Astoria, LXR and Conrad brands, make up nearly 75 properties in more than 30 countries around the world –
with more than 40 properties in the pipeline or various stages of development. Over the next 18 months, Hilton’s luxury brands will add 15 hotels
and resorts to their global portfolio, including Waldorf Astoria hotels and resorts in Monarch Beach, Xiamen and Cancun; LXR properties in Kyoto

Hilton (USA) Named ‘Most Socially Responsible Hotel Management

Hilton was recently named the “Most Socially Responsible Hotel Management Group of China,” at the 15th China Hotel Starlight Awards. Hilton won additional accolades at the property
level, with Waldorf Astoria Beijing and Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund named among the “Best Luxurious Hotels of China,” and Hilton Shenzhen Futian and Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun
recognized as one of the “Top 10 MICE Hotels of China”.At the start of the COVID-19 outbreak in January, 169 Team Members from Hilton’s three hotels in Hubei Province hosted medical
professionals from across China who had dispatched to Wuhan to support the frontline medical efforts. As these medical teams departed for their respective cities after completing their tours
of duty in Wuhan, four other Hilton hotels across China welcomed them as they returned home. To create comfortable stay experiences for medical professionals, Hilton Team Members
overcame multiple hurdles in disinfection, logistics, materials, and staffing. They served delicious and nutritious food and curated a rich variety of activities that the medical professionals
could enjoy in their free time.As COVID-19 developed into a pandemic, Hilton became the first global hospitality company to launch responsive cancellation policies for guests and updating
them repeatedly as the situation evolved. For owners of Hilton properties, policies were also updated several times to reduce the burden on their operations. At the community level, a host of
Hilton properties offered creative acts of care as well as food & beverage services for local volunteers, community agencies, and ordinary workers who performed their duties in supporting
the fight against the epidemic. Hilton also activated a Team Member Assistance Fund that provided aid to Team Members impacted by the coronavirus. This was supplemented by personal
contributions from the Hilton Greater China & Mongolia management team during this year’s Spring Festival and supported all Team Members serving on the frontlines of the response effort
in Wuhan. The various measures deployed during the pandemic are built upon Hilton’s “Travel with Purpose” commitment to drive responsible travel and tourism globally. Since 2017, Hilton
has partnered the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation (CFPA) to empower university students across the country to drive sustainable change. Last year, the Hilton Effect Foundation
awarded a grant to CFPA for its “New Great Wall Project” to provide financial support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Hilton hotels in Greater China also continue to cut their
environmental footprint. Every year, they recycle 45 tons of used soap and eliminate plastic waste that nearly totals 13 million bottles and 1.2 million straws.

MGM Resorts (USA) Recognized For Making Significant Investments In

MGM Resorts International is recognized for making significant investments in clean energy according to the latest Solar Means Business report
released by the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA). The annual report tracks both on-site and off-site installations, highlighting the strong
appeal of cost-saving solar energy for American businesses. In 2018, MGM Resorts and Invenergy announced the development of a 100-megawatt solar
array. At full production, the MGM Resorts Mega Solar Array, in Nevada, will provide up to 90 percent of total daytime power needs across MGM
Resorts’ 13 Las Vegas Strip properties, representing nearly 70 million square feet of buildings. Construction on the solar array will be completed by
mid-2021. The MGM Resorts Mega Solar Array will produce enough electricity to power the equivalent of approximately 27,000 homes for a year. The
array will be made up of 300,000 panels covering 700 acres and MGM Resorts will use all the energy that the array generates.In December 2019, MGM
Resorts built a 1.13-megawatt 3,000-panel solar canopy atop MGM Springfield’s parking garage. The array is expected to generate more than 1,600
megawatt hours of electricity annually, enough to power nearly 10% of the 2 million-square-foot casino, hotel and entertainment complex.In addition
to building the MGM Resorts Mega Solar Array, in 2016 MGM Resorts completed expansion of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center rooftop solar
array. The expanded solar array has more than 26,000 photovoltaic panels and produces a combined 8.3 MW dc of electricity. At full production, the
system supplies 25% of the power demand of the entire Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino campus.

MGM Resorts International was ranked No. 107 on Forbes’list of 750 World’s Best Employers for 2020. MGM Resorts is the only company on the Las
Vegas Strip to make the list. Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to compile their fourth-annual list of the World’s Best Employers. They
surveyed 160,000 full-time and part-time workers from 58 countries working for businesses with operations in multiple nations or regions. The final
list is composed of 750 multinational and large corporations headquartered in 45 countries. Other U.S. companies listed in the Travel & Leisure
category include Marriott International (No. 28), Royal Caribbean Cruises (No. 134), Hyatt Hotels (No. 170) and Intercontinental Hotels Group (No.
219).Since 2016, MGM Resorts has supplemented its robust employee engagement initiative with new programs and platforms including: recognition
initiatives, upward feedback appraisals for managers, and an improved online-based communications portal that gives employees the opportunity to
engage each other and stay informed about company news.All the surveys were anonymous, allowing participants to openly share their opinions.
Surveys were conducted on a rolling basis from June to July, and participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers
to friends and family. They were also asked to rate their satisfaction with their employers’ Covid-19 responses and score their employers on image,
economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility.

SportsTravel Magazine has awarded The MGM Resorts Foundation the SportsTravel Award for its efforts to help current and former
employees and their families during the pandemic with the Foundation’s Employee Emergency Grand Fund. Since the beginning of the
pandemic the MGM Resorts Foundation raised and dispersed more than $14 million for the MGM Resorts Foundation Employee Emergency
Grant Fund (EEG), including a $6 million donation from MGM Resorts. The funds provide assistance in the form of emergency payments for
qualified bills such as rent, utilities, medical bills or funeral expenses. Since the onset of the pandemic, the EEG has paid out over 9,000 bill
payments on behalf of qualified employees and their immediate families impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. In addition to helping employees
through the Foundation, MGM Resorts International also donated much needed food and personal protective equipment (PPE) to local
communities around the USA, including, donating the equivalent of nearly 500,000 meals to help feed those in need.Criteria for selection
included demonstrating resolve amidst current challenges and reflecting what is best about the people and the organizations in the sports-event
industry. Winners are individuals, sports organizations or events that went above and beyond to help their communities or sports during the
COVID-19 pandemic.

approach to cleanliness by becoming the first hotel to use the innovative Integrated Viral Protection (IVP) Bio Defense Indoor Air Protection Filtration
System. The IVP Air heated-air filtration system is a mobile, plug-and-purify device designed to eliminate SARS-CoV-2, anthrax spores and other airborne
contaminants through a heated filter that does not impact the temperature of the ambient air. Building on a comprehensive set of procedures and protocols in
place with the IHG Way of Clean program, the use of this technology marks yet another enhancement that General Manager Jorge Landa and the
InterContinental Houston – Medical Center hotel team are offering to guests and colleagues to provide further confidence in the hotel experience. The system
was first designed by IVP founder and inventor, Monzer Hourani, a Houstonian who also serves as the head of the InterContinental Houston – Medical
Center’s ownership group. Hourani, who has a background in physics, science and engineering, developed the advanced biodefense system in partnership
with Dr.Zhifeng Ren, Director of the Superconductivity Center of Texas at the University of Houston, and with other scientists at the UTMB Galveston

Marriott International announced it has signed an agreement with Japanese real estate developer, Sekisui House, to bring 11 new Fairfield
by Marriott hotels to Japan. The agreement expands the collaboration with Sekisui House for the Michi-no-Eki project, adding on to the
15 Fairfield by Marriott hotels signed in 2018. All properties are anticipated to open by late 2022. The signing expects to introduce the
Fairfield by Marriott brand to five new prefectures, spanning from the North to South of Japan, including Hokkaido, Hyogo, Okayama,
Hiroshima and Kagoshima. The hotels are slated to be built in key locations near roadside rest stations called “Michi-no-Eki” in Japan,
situated close to national parks and UNESCO World Heritage Sites and unlocking easy access to many undiscovered
destinations.Ranging in size around 50 to 100 guestrooms, each Fairfield by Marriott hotel takes inspiration from its surroundings,

has been organizing a wide range of activities to convey love and care to the community. In celebration of the upcoming National Day Celebration, Mid-Autumn Festival,
and the United Nation’s International Day of Older Persons on October 1, GEG organized a celebration event that included a special afternoon tea gathering and lantern
riddle guessing games for the elderly members of the Macau Federation of Trade Unions (“FAOM”) to celebrate together. GEG also presented special gift packages of
regional products from Congjiang County in Guizhou Province to the local elderlies. With China’s National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival falling on the same day
this year, to celebrate the two occasions, GEG recently invited 40 elderly members from the Integrated Service Centre of Northern District of FAOM for a festive
celebration at the Oasis Ballroom at Galaxy Hotel™, and presented them with gift packages. The packages included healthy and high-quality food products from
Congjiang County in Guizhou Province, which GEG had purchased earlier to help alleviate poverty in that region. Apart from GEG volunteers, interns from GEG’s
U-LEAD internship program also joined the celebration with the elderlies. Many of the participants were attracted to take photos with the red Chinese decorations and
traditional lanterns that were hung-up inside the venue, which enhanced the festive atmosphere, promoted traditional Chinese culture, and extended the spirit of happiness
and reunion. Outside the venue, GEG volunteers and interns joined the seniors in demonstrating creativity and teamwork through a series of interactive games, including
the guessing of lantern riddles and other games with prizes. For an added festive touch, a special afternoon tea buffet was also arranged for the participants.

(RSVP) network, will support ranchers across the ecoregion—focusing primarily on Montana, Nebraska and South Dakota—with technical expertise,
training and tools to help advance grazing practices that improve the health of the land. By improving management of one million acres over five years and
avoiding conversion, this effort will result in increased carbon storage and sequestration, improved water infiltration and better outcomes for
biodiversity.This program supports the Walmart Foundation’s focus to bring more sustainable, regenerative practices to the beef industry. The Foundation
aims to build connections that can accelerate systems change and form communities of practice with grantees and leaders to share learnings, advance best

Hilton won additional accolades at the property level, with Waldorf Astoria Beijing and Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund named among the “Best Luxurious Hotels of China,” and Hilton Shenzhen Futian and Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun recognized as one of the “Top 10 MICE Hotels of China”.At the start of the COVID-19 outbreak in January, 169 Team Members from Hilton’s three hotels in Hubei Province hosted medical professionals from across China who had dispatched to Wuhan to support the frontline medical efforts. As these medical teams departed for their respective cities after completing their tours of duty in Wuhan, four other Hilton hotels across China welcomed them as they returned home. To create comfortable stay experiences for medical professionals, Hilton Team Members overcame multiple hurdles in disinfection, logistics, materials, and staffing. They served delicious and nutritious food and curated a rich variety of activities that the medical professionals could enjoy in their free time.As COVID-19 developed into a pandemic, Hilton became the first global hospitality company to launch responsive cancellation policies for guests and updating them repeatedly as the situation evolved. At the community level, a host of Hilton properties offered creative acts of care as well as food & beverage services for local volunteers, community agencies, and ordinary workers who performed their duties in supporting the fight against the epidemic. Hilton also activated a Team Member Assistance Fund that provided aid to Team Members impacted by the coronavirus. This was supplemented by personal contributions from the Hilton Greater China & Mongolia management team during this year’s Spring Festival and supported all Team Members serving on the frontlines of the response effort in Wuhan. The various measures deployed during the pandemic are built upon Hilton’s “Travel with Purpose” commitment to drive responsible travel and tourism globally. Since 2017, Hilton has partnered the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation (CFPA) to empower university students across the country to drive sustainable change. The annual report tracks both on-site and off-site installations, highlighting the strong appeal of cost-saving solar energy for American businesses. In 2018, MGM Resorts and Invenergy announced the development of a 100-megawatt solar array. At full production, the MGM Resorts Mega Solar Array, in Nevada, will provide up to 90 percent of total daytime power needs across MGM Resorts’ 13 Las Vegas Strip properties, representing nearly 70 million square feet of buildings. Construction on the solar array will be completed by mid-2021. The MGM Resorts Mega Solar Array will produce enough electricity to power the equivalent of approximately 27,000 homes for a year. The array will be made up of 300,000 panels covering 700 acres and MGM Resorts will use all the energy that the array generates.In December 2019, MGM Resorts built a 1.13-megawatt 3,000-panel solar canopy atop MGM Springfield’s parking garage. The array is expected to generate more than 1,600 megawatt hours of electricity annually, enough to power nearly 10% of the 2 million-square-foot casino, hotel and entertainment complex.In addition to building the MGM Resorts Mega Solar Array, in 2016 MGM Resorts completed expansion of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center rooftop solar array. The expanded solar array has more than 26,000 photovoltaic panels and produces a combined 8.3 MW dc of electricity.
