Yum! Brands (USA) and KFC U.S. Invest $6 Million to Advance Equity and
Opportunity in Louisville
Yum! Brands, Inc. and KFC U.S. announced plans to invest $6 million over
five years to advance equity and opportunity across Louisville, particularly
in the West End. This expanded investment in Louisville will target
endeavors that tackle inequality and uplift Black students, educators,
entrepreneurs and social change agents. The local commitment is part of
Yum! Brands’ global Unlocking Opportunity Initiative announced in June,
in which the Company committed $100 million over five years to promote
equity and inclusion, education and entrepreneurship for employees,
frontline restaurant teams and communities around the world.The expanded
work led by Yum! and KFC U.S. is expected to catalyze opportunity for the
talent in Louisville through partnerships and financial contributions to
entrepreneurship, education and equity and inclusion initiatives benefiting
underserved areas of Louisville and tackling systemic racism.

Diversity Best Practices (DBP), a division of Working Mother Media, unveiled its fourth annual Inclusion Index. Aramark, a global
leader in food, facilities management and uniforms, was among the 98 organizations that earned a place on the index. The index helps
organizations understand trends and gaps in demographic representation, creates a road map to drive internal change, and identifies
diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) solutions to close the gaps. Organizations were measured in three key areas: best practices in the
recruitment, retention and advancement of people from underrepresented groups (women, racial/ethnic minorities, people with
disabilities, and LGBTQ people); inclusive corporate culture, including leadership accountability; and demographic diversity for women
and racial/ethnic minorities.Aramark has long been recognized by institutions focused on promoting diversity and inclusion, including

Hilton (USA) Named ‘Most Socially Responsible Hotel Management

Hilton was recently named the “Most Socially Responsible Hotel Management Group of China,” at the 15th China Hotel Starlight Awards. Hilton won additional accolades at the property
level, with Waldorf Astoria Beijing and Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund named among the “Best Luxurious Hotels of China,” and Hilton Shenzhen Futian and Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun
recognized as one of the “Top 10 MICE Hotels of China”.At the start of the COVID-19 outbreak in January, 169 Team Members from Hilton’s three hotels in Hubei Province hosted medical
professionals from across China who had dispatched to Wuhan to support the frontline medical efforts. As these medical teams departed for their respective cities after completing their tours
of duty in Wuhan, four other Hilton hotels across China welcomed them as they returned home. To create comfortable stay experiences for medical professionals, Hilton Team Members
overcame multiple hurdles in disinfection, logistics, materials, and staffing. They served delicious and nutritious food and curated a rich variety of activities that the medical professionals
could enjoy in their free time.As COVID-19 developed into a pandemic, Hilton became the first global hospitality company to launch responsive cancellation policies for guests and updating
them repeatedly as the situation evolved. For owners of Hilton properties, policies were also updated several times to reduce the burden on their operations. At the community level, a host of
Hilton properties offered creative acts of care as well as food & beverage services for local volunteers, community agencies, and ordinary workers who performed their duties in supporting
the fight against the epidemic. Hilton also activated a Team Member Assistance Fund that provided aid to Team Members impacted by the coronavirus. This was supplemented by personal
contributions from the Hilton Greater China & Mongolia management team during this year’s Spring Festival and supported all Team Members serving on the frontlines of the response effort
in Wuhan. =The various measures deployed during the pandemic are built upon Hilton’s “Travel with Purpose” commitment to drive responsible travel and tourism globally. Since 2017,
Hilton has partnered the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation (CFPA) to empower university students across the country to drive sustainable change. Last year, the Hilton Effect
Foundation awarded a grant to CFPA for its “New Great Wall Project” to provide financial support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Hilton hotels in Greater China also continue
to cut their environmental footprint. Every year, they recycle 45 tons of used soap and eliminate plastic waste that nearly totals 13 million bottles and 1.2 million straws.

Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange") and successfully listed in Hong Kong. The company's shares will continue to be listed and traded on the

InterContinental Hotels Group® (IHG), one of world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a management agreement with Evalona Limited for two
new build hotels in Bangladesh. The 200-room Holiday Inn Resort Kuakata is due to open in early 2026 and the 150-rooms Crowne Plaza Kuakata will
open its doors to guests in Q1 2028. Located on the second largest beach in Bangladesh, both hotels will be best in class products in the country.
Affirming an optimistic mid-long-term outlook despite on the ongoing global pandemic, this marks the third signing across four hotels for IHG in the
SWA region since Q2 2020. Located approximately 280 kms from Dhaka, Kuakata is a beach town on the banks of the Bay of Bengal in Southern
Bangladesh. A beautiful destination on its own, the beach is 18 kms long and 3 kms wide and offers a full view of sunrise and sunset. The location can
also be accessed by speed boat from the Sundarbans (mangrove forests) and is in close proximity toPayra Seaport development, which is set to become
an important seaport in the country. A perfect destination for MICE events, Crowne Plaza Kuakata will offer a ballroom accommodating 800-900
guests, two function rooms, two meeting rooms, a business centre and a boardroom (2,475 sqm in total). Offering a wide range of F&B options, the
hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants and a lobby lounge & bar. For guests to rejuvenate, Crowne Plaza Kuakata will
feature a spa, a fitness centre, an outdoor pool and a recreation area, as well.

all, through key partnerships and programs with the National Urban League, National Center for Civil and Human Rights, and Jobs for
America’s Graduates.For nearly thirty years, IHG’s Americas headquarters has been based in Atlanta, a city with a profound legacy of civil
rights. In the spirit of this heritage, and building on existing initiatives, in June, IHG announced a series of commitments in the Americas to

near national parks, as well as the option to redeem points for America the Beautiful - The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Passes and to donate

vacations and getaways serve as a popular option for Americans looking to embark on local adventures. According to the National Park Foundation, most Americans live

national park road trip earning points for stays at Marriott properties throughout their journey toward free nights for future trips and qualifying nights toward elite

The Detroit Lions announced that BetMGM, the joint venture between MGM Resorts International and GVC Holdings, is the club’s first Official Sports Betting Partner.
The partnership features fan-focused assets such as presenting sponsor of Lions Bingo and Lions Perks, as well as team broadcast programming, digital marketing assets,
and in-stadium promotions and signage. These additions reflect an extension of the existing multi-year partnership with MGM Resorts and the Lions, which features the

Aramark announced the donation of 250,000 face masks to the American Red Cross. The masks will be worn by Red Cross staff at blood drives during the COVID-19 pandemic, protecting workers and the volunteer
donors who are key to saving lives.Aramark has a long history of working with and donating material aid and financial assistance to the Red Cross during times of great need. Most recently, in April, Aramark partnered
with the American Red Cross, the Debra and Leon Black Family, the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City, and Robin Hood to launch “NYC Healthcare Heroes” and provide more than 400,000 packages of food,
household and personal care products to NYC hospital staff on the front lines combatting the COVID-19 pandemic, alleviating the burden of having to shop for themselves and their families.
Throughout this coronavirus pandemic, Aramark has been working harder than ever to provide food and resources to employees and communities feeling the impact:
• In keeping with its 84-year history of answering the call for assistance in times of need, Aramark redeployed its Uniform Services division production lines in order to manufacture essential personal protective
equipment (PPE) for the heroes working in hospitals and in other critical roles across the United States.
• In the communities Aramark serves, employees have banded together at hospitals, schools and other facilities, providing safe and hygienic meals, uniforms, refreshments and facility services. To date, Aramark has
donated over 175,000 pounds of food and PPE to local organizations, including 25,000 cloth masks to its Aramark Building Community partners.
• Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, Aramark has safely provided 59 million free meals to students, in nearly 300 school districts across the country, and continues to serve one million meals to school
children daily.
• In partnership with the Urban League of Philadelphia, Aramark provided 500,000 meals to qualified recipients in the Philadelphia area throughout the summer.
• This summer, through a partnership with The Common Market, a nonprofit food distributor, Aramark helped coordinate the delivery of 12,000 boxes of fresh, nutritious foods to PA and NJ communities facing food
insecurity.
• At healthcare facilities across the country, Aramark opened over 400 on-site ‘pop-up’ grocery stores to serve as a one-stop shop for doctors, nurses and other hospital staff to grab necessities, such as bread, milk, eggs
and toilet paper, on their way home.
• Aramark mobilized its emergency relief and large scale event expertise to aid temporary field hospital operations in various cities.

AIDA Cruises, the leading cruise line in Germany and a part of Carnival Corporation & plc, will expand its range of cruises
this autumn with new voyages visiting the highlights of Italy, starting on Oct. 17, 2020. The new seven-day itinerary departs
from Civitavecchia near Rome and travels to Palermo and Catania in Sicily, Naples and La Spezia. In Rome, an overnight stay
is planned. The voyages are offered weekly until Nov. 28, 2020. The AIDA health and safety program will be implemented
on all cruises. Developed with leading medical experts, the program has been audited and confirmed by the renowned
independent auditing company SGS Institut Fresenius and the classification society DNV-GL. The measures include a
complimentary COVID-19 test, regular temperature measurements for guests and crew, physical distancing and increased
disinfection measures.

2022. Located in the mountains near Nagano, Karuizawa is a much-loved destination for Japanese and international travellers who appreciate
