Wyndham Destinations (USA) Releases Preliminary Fourth Quarter
Operating Metrics
• Gross vacation ownership interest (VOI) sales of $281 million (1)
• VOI sales were impacted by increased restrictions related to
COVID-19, particularly in Hawaii and California where resorts were
closed in December
• Fourth quarter gross VOI sales were 51.8% lower than the prior year
with tours 63.8% lower year-over-year, partially offset by a 23.8% increase
in VPG
• Excluding Hawaii, and California in December, fourth quarter gross
VOI sales declined 48.5% and tours declined 61.0% year-over-year
The Company is reaffirming the following:
• Expect the loan loss provision associated with fourth quarter gross VOI
sales to remain below 20%
• Continue to expect positive adjusted free cash flow for the full year of
2020

and necessary safety guidelines for the benefit of our owners, members

curtailed the momentum we had coming out of the summer. However,

Wyndham Destinations (USA) Acquires Travel + Leisure Brand from Meredith Corporation
in Strategic Alliance; Wyndham Destinations to Be Renamed Travel + Leisure Co.
Wyndham Destinations and Meredith Corporation announced that Wyndham Destinations has
acquired the Travel + Leisure brand and all related assets from Meredith Corporation, combining
the travel company’s portfolio of resort, membership, and lifestyle travel brands with the world’s
most trusted travel lifestyle content curator and its travel clubs. This acquisition will accelerate
Wyndham Destinations’ strategic plan to build on its leading position as the world’s largest
vacation club and exchange company and expand into new leisure travel and licensing markets.
In early 2021, Wyndham Destinations will change its name to Travel + Leisure Co. and will
expand its portfolio through various branded products and offerings. The new company will
inspire travelers with Travel + Leisure’s expert multi-platform content to grow its membership
travel club businesses, launch new branded travel services, and expand brand licensing
agreements under its Travel + Leisure Group. The new Travel + Leisure Co. stock will begin
trading under the ticker symbol NYSE:TNL in mid-February 2021. Meredith will continue to
operate and monetize Travel + Leisure’s media across multiple channels, including its advertising
and marketing activities, under a 30-year royalty-free, renewable licensing relationship. The
agreement ensures that the brand’s long-standing commitment to high-quality, independent travel
journalism will continue under the leadership of Travel +Leisure Editor-in-Chief Jacqui Gifford
and SVP/Group Publisher, Travel + Leisure Giulio Capua.

walk-in showers.
• The hotel has an executive floor on the upper levels of the hotel for added privacy.
• Award-winning Chef Tony Fernandes’ vision of The Cannery Kitchen & Social outlet in the hotel includes an updated dining, bar, and social area with seating for 200-guests. The menu will be updated to reflect a fresh and healthy take on
Canadian food favourites.
• The 1,000 square foot gym features modern workout equipment from Life Fitness brand, including Bluetooth™ speakers. The hotel’s indoor pool was also renovated.

Galaxy Entertainment Group actively supports the occupational safety and health policies of the Macau SAR Government and promotes OSH at its properties and construction sites
through a wide range of activities and training. Earlier, GEG’s Project Development organized the “Best Safety Award 2020” presentation ceremony to recognize the outstanding OSH
performance of the supervisors, contractors and subcontractors of its new development sites in Cotai, during which GEG had thanked them for their contribution and encouraged them
to continue to work together to uphold the good safety record and build a safer workplace for its team members. Attended by representatives from GEG’s contractors and
subcontractors, awards were presented to contractors with the best safety record, contractors with the best housekeeping enhancement, contractors with the best safety enhancement
program, subcontractors with the best safety, and supervisors with outstanding OSH. Aiming to raise the OSH awareness of its construction site personnel, GEG launched the “GEG
Cotai New Development Occupational Health & Safety Promotion Series” with training and activities including a wellness workshop where a professional fitness trainer from Sheng
Kung Hui Macau Social Services Coordination Office was invited to carry out stretching and yoga exercise with more than 100 construction workers to enhance their physical and
mental health. GEG also held an OSH training technique course for local safety supervisors where a trainer from the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center reinforced
the participants’ OSH knowledge and improved their skills as trainers. Through the event, GEG hoped to cultivate additional OSH training talents and to get the participants to help
deliver key OSH messages to fellow construction workers so that they build a safe and healthy workplace together. GEG has always made it a priority to promote OSH awareness. The
Occupational Safety and Health Committee of GEG has implemented a long list of safety and health measures. Last year, GEG signed a Safety Charter with the Shanghai Construction
Group (Macau) Limited to define shared OSH practices and values in hopes of enhancing their close communications and formalize their commitment to work together to create a
safer working environment. In the future, GEG will continue to actively promote OSH.

InterContinental Hotels Group has signed a management agreement with Minh Dong Travel Service and Trading Company Limited – a member of PGT
Group – to open the second Crowne Plaza in Danang. The 300-room Crowne Plaza Danang Waterfront will welcome guests in 2023. With unobstructed
views of the ocean, the 38-storey hotel will be highly sought-after by business and leisure travellers seeking a single destination for work, meetings and
relaxation. Ideally located next to the beachfront on the city’s main thoroughfare Vo Nguyen Giap street, and only a five-minute drive to central Danang,
it will perfectly complement the existing low-rise Crowne Plaza Danang, situated further south along the beachfront and linked to the popular,
integrated resort. This expansion of Crowne Plaza is part of the rejuvenation of the brand in Vietnam and designed to fulfil the needs of the modern
business traveller. The hotel features the brand’s signature Social Workspace lobby concept that affords guests a seamless transition from work to that
all-important downtime. With 1,500 square metres of dedicated space, there will be a strong focus on meetings and events, ranging from corporate

Marriott International announced it has signed an agreement with Mario Julen to bring The Ritz-Carlton brand to Zermatt, debuting the first
Ritz-Carlton ski resort in Europe. Expected to open in 2026, the 69-guest room property will bring the brand’s legendary service and elegant design to
the world-famous Swiss resort destination. Once open, the property will serve as the second Ritz-Carlton hotel in Switzerland, joining The Ritz-Carlton
Hotel de la Paix, Geneva. The Ritz-Carlton, Zermatt will be designed by award-winning Paris-based firm AW² led by partner architects Reda Amalou
and Stéphanie Ledoux, with the architectural and interior design expected to offer a refined take on the classic mountain chalet. The property will offer
unobstructed views of Matterhorn from both guestrooms and dining establishments. Design plans are slated to feature two restaurants and two bars, an
outdoor terrace for alfresco dining, and a private dining room for intimate gatherings. An array of recreational activities such as ‘ski-in ski-out’ access
to the slopes, a tranquil spa with a gym and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools are part of the vision for guests to enjoy. The resort is also expected
to offer meeting and event facilities. Zermatt affords unrivalled skiing for all levels, climbing across the Matterhorn peak as well as easy access to
Cervinia in Italy for off-piste, heli-skiing and glacier skiing in the summer months. The town is well renowned for its après-ski activities offering

The Washington Nationals announced a multi-year, exclusive partnership with BetMGM, a leading sports betting and digital gaming company. Key
details of the partnership include the opening of a BetMGM Sportsbook connected to Nationals Park and the launch of a mobile app within the permitted
area around the Park, as well as fan-focused campaigns and co-branding opportunities. The BetMGM Sportsbook will provide a luxury viewing and
sports betting experience that complements the existing experience at the MGM National Harbor Dugout Club, an eight-seat premier luxury sports box
located on the field adjacent to the team dugout. The newly created Sportsbook will be located in the space currently serving as Center Field Social,

Yum China strengthens sustainable packaging initiatives; it is expected to reduce the use of non-degradable plastics by 30% by the end of 2025, Yum China Holdings Limited announced that its brands
have launched a series of plastic reduction and environmentally friendly packaging actions, including Existing plastic packaging was replaced with paper straws, paper bags instead of plastic and
biodegradable plastic bags, etc., in response to national initiatives. After the promotion of plastic reduction actions, Yum China expects to reduce the use of nearly 8,000 tons of non-degradable plastics
every year from 2021. KFC China recently released the "Nature Free" sustainable development declaration, aimed at enhancing consumers' environmental awareness and advocating sustainable
lifestyles such as reducing plastic consumption and garbage sorting. From January 2021, all KFC restaurants in mainland China will completely stop using plastic straws; more than 90% of restaurants
will replace disposable plastic tableware with wooden tableware in dine-in and take-out. In addition, more than 50% of the plastic bags used in take-out and take-out KFC restaurants will also be
completely replaced with paper bags or biodegradable plastic bags. By the end of 2025, all KFC restaurants in Mainland China will no longer use disposable plastic tableware and plastic bags. At the
end of 2020, all Pizza Hut restaurants in Mainland China have stopped using plastic straws. Over the same period, more than 70% of Pizza Hut restaurants nationwide have replaced their existing
plastic bags with paper bags or biodegradable plastic bags. By the end of 2022, Pizza Hut China will stop using non-degradable plastic bags. These latest measures are not only a response to regulatory
requirements, but also a manifestation of Yum China's packaging strategy. Yum China is committed to reducing packaging usage at the source by adopting new packaging methods, raw materials and
innovative technologies. According to this strategy, all consumer-oriented plastic packaging can be recycled; Yum China refuses to purchase paper products from suppliers that are at risk of damaging
the rainforest; by 2025, the company will reduce the use of non-degradable plastics by 30%.In 2020, Yum China was named the 2020 Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) catering and leisure
industry leader by virtue of its outstanding performance in economic, environmental and social sustainable development, and was officially included in the 2020 Dow Jones Sustainability Development

Unveils Plans for Its Over $47 Million Room Remodel

The ROW Reno's luxury Caesars Entertainment property, Silver Legacy Resort Casino, is in the process of undergoing a more than $47 million renovation to its
resort rooms and suites, projected to be completed by summer 2021. This comes after an investment of over $100 million for a master renovation project at THE
ROW, which was completed in mid-2019. The current project will include renovations to the hotel's fifth through 25th floors, with a total of 1,199 redesigned
rooms. In collaboration with local Reno-based design firm, MBA Architecture and Design and St. Louis-based architect KdG, the rooms will undergo a full
transformation, including new furnishings, updated window treatments and drapery, bathroom renovation, replacement of carpeting and flooring, addition of art
and decor pieces, and more. The renovations will create a modern, sophisticated look, while maintaining the resort's lively and entertaining atmosphere. New
upgrades, such as amethyst purple headboards and drapes with wall art to match, will provide a sense of luxury, peacefulness and comfort that complement the
views of Reno's mountain landscape and vanilla skies. Premium grade kiln dried hardwood furnishings, accented with white marble tops, will add an elevated
touch. Updated wallpaper with abstract lines will brighten up the room and create a more stylish look. The renovated bathroom will feature walk-in showers with
mosaic tile and elegant, pearl white floor tile. Additional highlights will include new, self-serve coffee makers, updated lounge seating and flat-screen,
high-definition televisions. The room renovations, which began in 2019, are expected to be completed in June 2021. The new rooms will complement the recent
$100 million plus master renovation project, which included the additional of Top Golf Swing Suite and The Spa at Silver Legacy, redesigned hotel rooms at all
three Reno resorts, improvements to The Carnival Midway at Circus Circus, addition of new dining options and more.

Wyndham Destinations and Meredith Corporation announced that Wyndham Destinations has acquired the Travel + Leisure brand and all related assets from Meredith Corporation, combining the travel company’s portfolio of resort, membership, and lifestyle travel brands with the world’s most trusted travel lifestyle content curator and its travel clubs. This acquisition will accelerate Wyndham Destinations’ strategic plan to build on its leading position as the world’s largest vacation club and exchange company and expand into new leisure travel and licensing markets.
