American Tower (USA) Closes Eaton Towers Transaction and Announces Agreement
to Acquire Joint Venture Stakes in Ghana and Uganda From MTN
American Tower Corporation announced that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of Eaton Towers Holdings Limited
(“Eaton Towers”), adding approximately 5,700 communications sites to its African portfolio. Total consideration for the acquisition,
subject to certain post-closing adjustments, was approximately $1.85 billion, including the assumption of existing Eaton Towers
debt. The Company has also reached an agreement with MTN Group Limited (“MTN”) to acquire MTN’s minority stakes in each
of the Company’s joint ventures in Ghana and Uganda for total consideration of approximately $523 million. The transaction is
expected to close in the first quarter of 2020, subject to regulatory approval, and will result in a one-time impact for American Tower
of approximately $65 million in 2020 from the payment of previously deferred cash interest related to joint venture debt.American
Tower, one of the largest global REITs, is a leading independent owner, operator and developer of multitenant communications real
estate with a portfolio of approximately 177,000 communications sites.

British Land (UK) acquires 25% of West One, Bond Street
British Land has acquired a 25% share of West One, a 92,000
sq. ft mixed use scheme on London’s Oxford Street for
£54.25m. As part of the agreement, Norges Bank Investment
Management will continue to own 75% and British Land will
assume responsibility for the asset management and any future
development. West One comprises an even mix of office and
retail space, both fully let, and sits at the entrance to Bond Street
station in the heart of London’s West End. It benefits from
around 500,000 visitors a week, set to increase with Crossrail.
Once Crossrail opens, West One will be linked to British Land’s
existing mixed-use assets, including Broadgate, Paddington
Central and Ealing Broadway.

located, mixed-use scheme, with great future potential.
Crossrail will bring even more people to the site and help
connect it to our London campuses. The acquisition

Brookfield (Canada) Infrastructure Acquires Indian Telecom Towers
Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P., alongside its institutional partners, is
pleased to announce that it has entered into binding agreements to acquire a 100%
stake in a telecom tower company in India from Reliance Industrial Investments
and Holdings Limited (“RIIHL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance
Industries Limited (“RIL”). The total equity requirement is $3.7 billion, of which
Brookfield Infrastructure will invest approximately $375 million, with the
balance being funded by its institutional partners. Brookfield Infrastructure is
acquiring a portfolio of approximately 130,000 communication towers that forms
the infrastructure backbone of Reliance Jio’s (“Jio”) telecom business. These are
recently constructed assets that are strategically located for pan-India 4G
coverage. These towers are well-positioned from a competitive perspective as
they are largely connected by fiber backhaul, which provides a unique platform to
capitalize on the rollout of 5G and future technologies. Jio is an anchor tenant of
the tower portfolio under a 30-year Master Services Agreement, providing a
secure source of revenues for the tower company.
“This is a unique opportunity to invest in a large-scale, high-quality telecom
business and participate in India’s high-growth data industry,” said Chief
Executive Officer of Brookfield Infrastructure. “This is an attractive business
that offers downside protection with meaningful upside by co-locating
equipment from other Mobile Network Operators on the towers, which
to-date, have only carried Jio equipment. Further growth is anticipated

Cincinnati Bell Inc. to be Acquired by Brookfield (Canada) Infrastructure
in $2.6 Billion Transaction
Cincinnati Bell Inc. together with Brookfield Infrastructure, announced an agreement through
which Brookfield Infrastructure and its institutional partners will acquire Cincinnati Bell in a
transaction valued at approximately $2.6 billion, including debt (the “Transaction”). Pursuant to
the agreement, each issued and outstanding share of Cincinnati Bell common stock will be
converted into the right to receive $10.50 in cash at closing of the Transaction. The Transaction
price of $10.50 per share of Cincinnati Bell common stock represents a 36% premium to the
closing per share price of $7.72 on December 20, 2019 and an 84% premium to the 60-day
volume weighted average price. The Transaction has received unanimous approval of Cincinnati
Bell’s Board of Directors and is subject to customary closing conditions, including Cincinnati
Bell shareholder approval and regulatory approval.Cincinnati Bell owns and operates the leading
data transmission and distribution network in Cincinnati, Ohio and Hawaii, with a footprint of
over 1.3 million homes, delivering core fiber broadband, video and voice services to residential
and enterprise customers. The business is undergoing an industry-leading transformation to
upgrade its network to next generation fiber, which will be critical to support the growing demand
for data and the advent of 5G. Thus far, Cincinnati Bell has future-proofed 50% of its network,
representing more than 17,000 miles of dense metro and last-mile fiber and has plans to further
upgrade its network over the next few years. The ongoing fiber upgrade allows Cincinnati Bell to
provide utility-like services for broadband and data, generating stable and growing cash flows.

Cintas Corporation (USA) Announces Fiscal 2020 Second
Quarter Results
• Revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2020 was $1.84 billion, an increase of 7.3% over last year’s second quarter.
The organic revenue growth rate, which adjusts for the impacts of acquisitions and foreign currency exchange rate
fluctuations, was also 7.3%. The organic revenue growth rate for the Uniform Rental and Facility Services operating
segment was 5.8%, and the organic revenue growth rate for the First Aid and Safety Services operating segment was
10.6%.
• Gross margin for the second quarter of fiscal 2020 of $852.4 million increased 10.0% from last year’s second quarter.
Gross margin as a percentage of revenue was 46.2% for the second quarter of fiscal 2020 compared to 45.1% in the
second quarter of fiscal 2019. Uniform Rental and Facility Services operating segment gross margin as a percentage of
revenue improved 130 basis points from last year’s second quarter to 46.6%, and the First Aid and Safety Services
operating segment gross margin as a percentage of revenue improved 40 basis points to 48.4%.
• Operating income for the second quarter of fiscal 2020 of $334.5 million increased 21.3% from last year’s second
quarter operating income of $275.6 million. Operating income as a percentage of revenue was 18.1% in the second
quarter of fiscal 2020 compared to 16.0% in the second quarter of fiscal 2019. Operating income in the second quarter
of fiscal 2019 was impacted by non-recurring integration expenses related to the G&K Services, Inc. (G&K) acquisition
of $7.8 million, or 50 basis points.
• Net income from continuing operations was $246.4 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2020, and earnings per
diluted share (EPS) from continuing operations were $2.27. Net income from continuing operations was $243.0 million
in the second quarter of fiscal 2019, and EPS from continuing operations were $2.18. Fiscal 2019 second quarter EPS
from continuing operations included a one-time gain on the sale of a cost method investment of $0.47 and non-recurring
G&K integration expenses of $0.05.

A grade office tower (the Property) at 100 Market Street in Sydney for approximately
AUD 683 million (HK$3.649 billion).The Property is in a premium location with
excellent accessibility and amenities. Situated within a mixed-use development bounded
by Market, Pitt and Castlereagh Streets in the midtown precinct, the Property has a total
net leasable area of 28,385 square metres spread over 10 storeys. It was substantially
redeveloped in 2010/11 as part of the larger Westfield Sydney redevelopment.The
Property is rare single-owner asset which is currently fully occupied by three blue-chip
tenants, notably a sovereign wealth fund, a Commonwealth government body and an
S&P/ASX100 listed property investor. The Property has a weighted average lease expiry

commercial and government client segments. Fredon Security’s annual sales was
MAUD 37 (MSEK 240) in the financial year ending June 2019. The purchase

SEGRO plc (“SEGRO”) has exchanged contracts to sell a portfolio of
UK big box warehouses for £241 million to a fund advised by Morgan
Stanley Real Estate Investing, acting through a controlled subsidiary
in joint venture with Thor Equities Group. The transaction is expected
to complete by the end of the year. The price is in line with June 2019
book value.The portfolio comprises seven stand-alone big box
warehouses with a total floor space of 203,400 sq m. The assets being
sold are located inWarth Park, Raunds; DIRFT, Daventry; Rye Park,
Hoddesdon; Hams Hall, Coleshill; Grove Park, Leicester; The Duke,
Burton-on-Trent and Magna Park, Lutterworth. The combined
vacancy rate is 18.5 per cent and unexpired lease term to the earlier of
break or expiry is 6 years. The current passing rent of the portfolio is
£10.1 million.

marks the end of a successful period of ownership by SEGRO,

Stockland (Australia) restocks pipeline with Melbourne land acquisition
Stockland announced the acquisition of an 89.5 hectare land
parcel within the Donnybrook growth precinct in Melbourne’s
north. The purchase price of $105 million has been agreed on
capital efficient terms, and the acquisition is in line with
Stockland’s strategy to restock its residential pipeline across the
country.The land is located within the approved Donnybrook
Woodstock Precinct Structure Plan, one kilometre east of the
Donnybrook Train Station and 30 kilometres from the Melbourne
CBD. Stockland plans to develop approximately 1,500 new
homes, as well as open spaces, a large recreation area and a future
school on the new land parcel.
Stockland CEO of Communities, said: “This acquisition
extends our long-term presence in the northern growth corridor
of Melbourne, which is one of the fastest growing corridors in
Australia. The northern corridor will play a key role in the
future economic and employment growth of Melbourne, and is

Weyerhaeuser Company announced an agreement to sell its 630,000
acres of timberland in Montana to a private timberland investment
company for $145 million in cash. The company anticipates minimal
tax liability in conjunction with the transaction.The transaction is
subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be
completed in the second quarter of 2020.
"The sale of our Montana acreage is part of our ongoing effort to
strategically optimize our timberland portfolio," said President and
chief executive officer of Weyerhaeuser. "The transaction includes
a diverse mix of softwood species and an existing 110,000-acre
conservation easement which preserves public access in
perpetuity.The company's three manufacturing facilities in
Montana are not affected by this announcement. "Our

number of people in video footage captured by network cameras.In recent years, there has been a trend towards increasing use of network
camera video for such applications as crime and disaster prevention, determining congestion levels and marketing. There is also a
growing need worldwide to monitor crowd levels at large-scale events in order to facilitate efficient security operations and smooth flow
of visitors.Until recently, it has been difficult to accurately count dense crowds of people using human body or face-detection technology
due to such cases as subjects' bodies overlapping or heads turned away from cameras. However, Canon has overcome such difficulties
with the development of video analysis technology that utilizes deep learning.Canon's people counter technology detects the heads of
people in video footage from network cameras or recorded video from video management software, making possible people counting
even in densely crowded spaces. The software can also count the number of people in user-specified areas and display graphs to illustrate

Seiko Epson Corporation has developed a compact, lightweight spectroscopic camera that can be integrated in manufacturing lines. Epson will launch its first
spectroscopic camera, one that captures light across the visible spectrum, in the 2020 fiscal year ending March 2021. Differences in color can occur between
products in different production lots in ordinary manufacturing processes. A spectroscopic camera can be used by manufacturers to perform the following
inspections to control these differences to a certain extent and ensure product quality:
• Color variation inspections
• Surface coating inspections
The RGB cameras currently used in these inspections are unable to capture detailed color information and are not always able to distinguish between subtle
differences in color. Consequently, most visual inspections relied on human color perception. However, color perception varies among individuals, and human
error puts manufacturers at risk of shipping defective goods. Time and cost constraints make color management an issue in many industries. Spectroscopic cameras
have traditionally been large and expensive, and those equipped with line sensors may have to composite images after scanning, adding to the time and expense.
Epson has developed an optimal solution for color management processes with a compact, lightweight spectroscopic camera that can be integrated into
manufacturing lines, that can automate and quantify inspections, and output images without the time and trouble of compositing. This spectroscopic camera will
enable manufacturers to manage color in their manufacturing processes more easily than ever before.

The green convertible bond issued by Link REIT (Link) in March 2019 was named as the Asia-Pacific Structured Equity Issue of the Year at
the IFR Awards 2019.The issue was the first major sign that the equity-linked market can play a role in the transition to a more sustainable
future and set a precedent for green financing in Asia’s equity-linked market, according to IFR.IFR’s award report also stated, “Link captured
an optimal market window, pricing the deal after its unit price had rallied 35% in the previous 12 months and amid a dearth of new issuance
in Asia’s equity-linked market,” adding, “The timing gave Link first-mover advantage in a busy year for REIT financings.”Link is the first
issuer in the real estate sector worldwide and in Hong Kong to have issued a green convertible bond. Due 2024, the Bond was issued in March
2019, raising $4 billion (US$500 million) at 1.6% per annum, the lowest coupon rate achieved by an Asian REIT over the past five years. The

under the Grand Hyatt brand. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Occupying over 73,000 sqm of freehold land in the heart of
Hannam-dong, one of the most affluent neighbourhoods in Seoul, the iconic 615-room Grand Hyatt Seoul has a long-standing

Lendlease has been announced as Managing Contractor to deliver stage one of the $176 million Cairns Convention Centre refurbishment and expansion
project for the Queensland Government. The project is set to generate up to 570 jobs for the region with approximately 130 trade packages to be awarded
over the life of the project. In an added boost for the community, the project will deliver on Queensland Government priorities to support opportunities for
apprenticeships and trainees in a bid to encourage locals to take on a trade. Plans for the expansion to the convention centre include:
- A new entry
- Space for 30 exhibitors’ booths
- Three meeting rooms covering a total of 420 square metres
- A flat floor space for 450 people and
- A rooftop banqueting space for 410 people.
Significant refurbishment works to the existing centre will also be undertaken, including building services upgrades, new audio-visual systems, roof
replacement, improved public spaces and amenities and upgrades to food and beverage facilities. Lendlease has a strong track record in the successful

SGS has successfully completed the expansion of agricultural testing and analysis capabilities at its site in Hamburg-Bergedorf, in
Germany.Alongside the creation of a new GLP microbiology laboratory for biopesticide studies, SGS has also almost doubled the
capabilities of its GLP residue laboratory.For more than 30 years, GLP residue analysis has consistently been one of SGS Institut
Fresenius' most requested agricultural services. To service demand, in 2014, SGS opened a second GLP residue laboratory in
Hamburg-Bergedorf. Demand has, however, continued to grow as the biopesticide market expands and there is stricter enforcement of
regulatory requirements.The expansion of its GLP residue laboratory in Hamburg-Bergedorf is part of SGS's larger forward-thinking
investment in agricultural testing services at the facility. The new larger laboratory will house state-of-the-art equipment and an enlarged
team. The restructuring has also allowed the introduction of new optimized workflows; almost doubling capacity and allowing greater
efficiencies and improved turnaround times.SGS has also opened a new microbiology laboratory at Hamburg-Bergedorf. This facility is
equipped with the latest technology including a laminar flow hood, precision microscopes, incubators, autoclaves, etc. It will provide
