Job Description:
 Project Planning
 Conceptualize the detailed project reports; taking off documents, Microsoft Project
execution program and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients,
project evaluation.
 Establish the time span of project execution as per client specifics.
 List down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters
set.
 Monitor/Discuss project status review every day with engineers.
 Site & Construction Management
 Follow up of site works, coordination with client / authorities, progress of works and
resolving daily issues with execution of works.Monitoring shop drawings,
engineering design and monthly interim valuations.
 Follow up all necessary permits with all related authorities.
 Mobilize all necessary resources for onshore and offshore.
 Execution of onshore pipe line (1.6 km) of HDPE 1.6m diameter using but fusion
welding.
 Construction of 2 breakwater.
 Managing the project cost control.
 Dredging of 2.4 km for the both sea outfall.
 Construction the launching ramp includes the railway.
 Sinking of 6km of 1.6m diameter of HDPE pipes from -6m up to -55m
including all fitting and diffusers.
 Construction of 1300 concrete collar of different dimension for the HDPE pipe.
 Construction of 2 hydraulic structures for both sites.
 Driving of sheet piles of length 400 m for auzaibah cofferdam and darsait
cofferdam.
 Contract Management
 Preparation & floating of work orders to contractors/subcontractors,
evaluation of offers, techno- commercial discussion & finalization of contract
in view of project schedule.
 Resolve of all techno-commercial disputes and clarifications during execution
of project.
 Preparing contract budgets & ensuring that the same is not exceeded.
 Resolve of disputes with clients, contractors and statutory bodies.
