 Reports directly to Projects Manager Operations
Manager / General Manager.
 Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and
additions to contractual agreements with architects,
consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
 Attends Projects Coordination & Progress Meetings.
 Ensure that all materials to be used in the project,
conform to the
 Required standards & contract specifications.
 Monitor all projects progress and inform Site Engineers
for all revisions and deviation orders
 Coordinates with the Client’s Project Engineer/Project
Manager in all related to execution of the contract.

correspondences and make on the spot decision for any
project requirements and resolution with contracting
