MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Feb 2016 - Present
Working closely with Electrical, Mechanical Engineers And engineering
technicians to ensure the properties are maintained on daily basis and within
budget.
Responsible for overall maintenance of different kind of facilities such as
Showrooms, Commercial and residential buildings, Industrial Factories, Schools
and Mosques
Duties:
Identifying customer requirements, make sure the MEP &Civil work maintenance.
Records Coustmer maintenance complaints and resolve it satisfactorily.
Attending meetings on site.
Reading electrical design specifications and technical drawings.
Making sure all electrical engineering projects are fit for purpose.
Negotiating with suppliers and purchase items at optimum cost.
Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers.
Managing the maintenance reports of each facilities.
Follow up the Contractors for PPM using SAP and site inspection.
. Make sure the payments of contractors regarding maintenance work every month.
