 Position: Electrical Technical / Site Engineer.
 Project: Saraya’s W-Amman Hotel and Tower
 Features: Saraya’s W Amman hotel and tower is a mixed-use 37-Story tower that sits on a multilevel podium
with 9 basements. The tower comprises of a five star luxury hotel “W” that will be operated by Starwood
hotels and resorts, in addition to commercial office space, retail outlets, as well as a limited number of
serviced residences, and underground parking.
 Responsibilities:
- Built up Power Single Line Diagram.
- MDBs, SMDBs, FDBs and MCCs Design works which include sizing of Breakers and Cables.
- Power Panels, Lightning / Dimming Panels, Transformer and Generator sizing for the low voltage network.
- Preparing Shop Drawings for Low voltage network which include Cable tray sizing, routing, and builders
work.
- Shop Drawings preparations for BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Central Battery systems.
- Monitoring, supervising, and planning electrical work load for more than 100 electricians.
- Attending all work inspections and tests with consultant representative.
- Preparing material take-off.
- Ensuring material availability on site as required.
- Coordinating work flow with subcontractors and monitoring their daily activities.
- Submitting daily progress report and continuously arranging future program.
- Coordinating job interactions with other disciplines (civil and mechanical sections).
- Attending progress meetings with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensuring the execution of work activities as per approved shop drawings and as per QCP / ITP to meet
project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards and procedures.
