levels offering 2,200 parking spaces. Phase 3 will comprise 2 office buildings, 350 residential units spread
across 11 buildings, 4 communal swimming pools in addition to a mosque, retail, and hotel & community
facilities. Hotel is built on an area of 30,500m2
. Described as world’s first sustainable regeneration of a
downtown area in the city. Procurement to the project meets the United States Green Building Council’s
Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Review of Documents, Calculations & Layouts of Electrical Distribution System covering all Electrical
Works.
 Responsible for the coordination of Shop Drawings, coordination with the main Contractors ‘OBHYASHI
& HBK’ and Consultants ‘CEG & GENSLER’
 Preparation of Embedded Drawings, Typical installation details for Electrical services, building
