1. The arche is air
He gave a scientific
explanation as to how air
transforms into all the
things we perceive as
existing in this world
2. We disagree by the anaximenes explanation
about “Arche is a air” because he explain that
“The water can transform into air then if
vaporized further it could also transform into
fire”.
- For us this is not true because air
cannot create fire because air can stop
the fire. And air is responsible for
creating huge fire.
3. Based on our research there are some
Philosopher disagree about Anaximenes
explanation because they believe also
that fire arche must be water or fire
But for us, we agree in thales explanation
that the arche is water because imagine,if
we see the world it is surrounding water
and it said that the arche must be a
substance that is unlimited.
