Project Engineering & Management
 Accountable for various phases of the project right from start to client hand over while consistently following up on
progress.
 Formulate plans for implementation in logistics situations and on the requirement details provide as per the
Engineer’s project plan.
 Project man power cost to evaluate productivity over various project stages.
 Accomplish quality departments –QA/QC requirements to attain required specifications as per the approved design.
Enforce safety and security procedures during project execution.
 Review job specifications and identify appropriate methods for execution; work proactively towards managing
project scope and minimizing risks.
 Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project.
 Maintain project cost control and analyze variances against budget. Implement corrective measures if delays are
detected or foreseen.
 Ensure all works comply with all relevant standards and local regulations.
 Ensure project is carried out according to design, specifications, drawings, budget and schedule with constant
interaction with client, subcontractors, vendors and project engineer.

Site Engineering
 Direct complete site team on daily work activities including issuing of drawing and specifications –
structural/architectural/MEP of various project works and follow up for consultant’s approval.
 Manage the structural design for minor civil works and modification works.
 Monitor daily activities of the site to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract requirements, good
construction practice that only approved materials used as per shop drawings.
 Oversee efficient resource use to achieve project timelines and attain maximum productivity.
 Ensure smooth flow of construction through effective coordination with Consultants, Client, Third Party Agencies,
Suppliers and Subcontractors. Prepare construction logs and project performance status reports. Provide technical
inputs on construction methodologies on regular basis.
 Regularly attend internal review meetings organized by Project Director / Consultant / Client to discuss various
problems which arise during the projects’ execution program.
 Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance to specifications/safety standards.
 Make sure that all materials and equipment received are in compliance with the quality and quantity requirements.
Provide technical assistance to procurement of materials.
