commencement to verify its consistency and raise any related
ambiguities for discussion
 Review the shop drawings, As built drawings, method statement and
materials submittals
 Proper reading and understanding of project's technical specifications
and QCS-2010 in connection with the design
 Liaise with the Senior Site Architect and Project Manager for all
technical issues concerned
 Conduct inspections of all finishing works following the related agreed
procedures
 Witness and approve all field tests and offsite tests whatsoever
 Participate in the inspection and evaluation of works related to mock-
ups.
 Daily report to the Senior Site Architect in accordance to the forms and
extents agreed.
 Review the Contractor's daily and weekly report and advise related
comments.
 Contribute with other disciplines' site engineers for conducting joint
inspections as far as needed.
 Attend meetings and get ready for discussion with all necessary WIRs

 Follow up the implementation of HSE plan on site and report any
violations thereof; moreover to participate in any scheduled safety tour
with the Contractor.

Jurisdiction over the Project and get acquainted with any new
requirements / updates imposed thereof.
