• What is BOQ?
 Is a document used in tendering.
 Materials, parts, and labor (and their costs) are
itemized.
Shows the terms and conditions of the
construction contracts.
• Why is it important?
Without BOQ the client will not be able to
estimate the cost of the construction.
To finish the project on time and within budget.
