• Developed the maintenance procedure for city gate gas station
• Reviewed the design of the 25mmscf/day of the gas plant to
include and modify some safety devices on the pressure vessels
and also installed flow computer on analog meter for accurate
volume calculation
• Successfully installed and commissioned five (5) metering stations
for our various customers for the past seven (7) years working with
Falcon Corporation limited
• Cut the department’s operating budget by 10% by carrying some
minor repairs and servicing of the diesel and gas generators
• Improved the response time to our customers complains and
challenges to 85% by responding to them within 24hrs
• Achieved 90% annual productivity through improvement in
operations, quality, safety and proactive maintenance
• Reduced the cost of repairing burner controller for a water bath
system from N4, 000,000(four million naira) to N1, 000,000(one
million naira)
• Saved the organization hundreds of millions of naira and potential
shut down by combating and extinguishing fire that would have
gutted the entire facility down
• Developed the operations procedures for the efficient operation of
the city gate gas plant and also for the ISO 9001:2008 certification
which was awarded to us in September, 2012
